“Tui changed our hotel to this one! Don't bother we are on day 5 of 14 and it isn't a four star hotel possibly a two star.
Bath towels are terrible and we still haven't had our bed linen changed.
Plates and cups in the restaurants are either dirty or chipped.
Broken glass by the pool. Food tastes the same and the drinks are poor.
Recommend this hotel to someone you really don't like.”
