“Not worth the money. We deliberately asked about the sauna and we were told it’s included in the price. It was not. There are lot of complains about it in previous reviews. It seems that the hotel misleads people deliberately. It’s not a spa hotel. Don’t get confused. The spa doesn’t belong to the hotel and it’s rather outdated. No proper food at all. No free water in the spa. There’s just a buffet with junk food. No sauna rituals. The hotel is practically a rest home and rehabilitation facility. They were rollators all over the place. There’s no mobile signal (Vodafon) and no air conditioning in the rooms. The Restaurant closes very early so forget to have dinner at 21 o’clock. Staying in spa hotel but there were no spa towels in the room. We needed to borrow them for 5 Euro. This place is just an expensive joke.”

“Today, totally understaffed
At first I will say, the people who works here, in every profession and position, they where always friendly, helpful and polittly.
Rooms was not clean, for example my bathroom has lakes of dry urine around the toilet, or the blades of the room fan was black from dirt. The Room Service isn`t available every day. The orders in the Restaurant doesn`t come or it tooks a lot of time. They mix up my reservation for a suite with AC, I end up in a very small room without AC. Outside now are 36Grad now, great.”
