“No entiendo como la cadena Hilton puede mantener abierto un Hotel tan asqueroso y con tan pésimo costumer service. Esto le continúa dando mala reputación a la cadena Hilton.Es un peligro dormir en este hotel, las habitaciones sucias. Llenas de Moho, cucarachas, sabanas manchadas, aire acondicionado inservible y cuando vas a reclamar te tratan como una basura, yo pague por un servicio que nunca recibí y además fui maltratado junto a mi familia, mi hijo de apenas 11 años salió enfermo de allí.”

“Muito cuidado com esse hotel. Fiz uma reserva e no momento do check-in ninguém falou sobre o resort fee de $20 por dia e após o check-out não recebi o recibo e apenas a cobrança no meu cartão de crédito. Liguei para o hotel para perguntar o que havia acontecido e o gerente me disse que a informação estava nos detalhes da minha reserva. Infelizmente não estava e fui cobrado sem nenhum aviso.”
