“We arrived as a group and the reception was a mess. Some of our group was double booked or did not have a room ready for them for 5 hours. When we asked for the management, we could not get any help. We could not talk to anyone in a supervisory position. WiFi is spotty and is only available in the lobby. Upon checking out there were added charges that were not disclosed prior to checking in or booking”
