“This is our 2nd time staying at the Grand Hyatt, Kuala Lumpur. Room was very clean, everything was spic and span. Electrical appliances were fairly new and in good working condition. It was an early anniversary celebration for us this time round and the hotel surprised us with a little cake. How sweet! They were also very accommodating with our requests,too. We also had a lovely lunch at the Thirty8 restaurant before we left. Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly.”

“Room was only available at 5pm. Didn’t enjoy the hype of the hi tea there as I didn’t know what I was eating most of the time with the savory platter. The only edible thing was the choc lava cake. The room started to look a bit old, TV was also flickering. It’s about time to maintain it better and upgrade the place. For the price I paid for my stay I didn’t think it was worth it.
The only thing I did enjoy there was the breakfast. Good variety and also up to standards.”
