“If I could give this place a zero, I would. But let me say the rooms are well-furnished and clean and the pool is very nice. The price is usually exceptional for a typical Hilton product. But this is no typical Hilton product. Customer service is poor. Instead of providing service to the customer, the assistant general manager is more likely to ask the customer what he or she did to resolve any situation. I saw one customer complain about bites itchiness all night long. This manager ask why she had not complained sooner. But most importantly oh, do not accept any room on the first hallway on the first floor across from housekeeping. This is the main hallway from the desk in the buffet. Trust me you will not get a wink of sleep. They should never rent those rooms. This place is more like a motel then a Hotel. If you are paying Hilton prices to ensure you have a quality stay, save your money and go to Motel 6.”
