“my room was never cleaned. i never had any new towels or toiletries or anything brought. my trash wasn’t even taken. the shower was not the cleanest and also started to clog… very kind staff and nice location but the service was not up to standard for the amount of money i had to pay.”

“This is not a four star hotel. The place is not in horrible shape but is very bland and boring. The shower head has buildup on it so it doesn’t spray evenly. The trash cans are for some reason designed so it is almost impossible to fit trash in them. The toilet lid hinges are rusty. There is no microwave in the room. There is no room service. We’re here during a blizzard and huge slabs of snow keep falling and hitting the ledge outside our window making a loud slamming noise (seems like a bad design). It’s really closer to a three star hotel. It’s not the worst, but definitely overpriced for what it is.”
