“Bad experience I was in the city for a meeting and a booked a room the room was not clean and the bathroom is dirty from other people i had to clean it my self, I think this hotel doesn’t fit with the Novotel hotels chain, when i was speaking with the housekeeping women she was angry and she didn’t want to do the right thing for the cleaning, also the privacy in this hotel is zero, the housekeeping comes into my room without permission, today unfortunately i met the worse people since a long time, I don’t know when this people need to respect the people who visiting Munich city and Germany, for this experience it will be the last time i come to the city because I don’t find a better welcoming when I arrived, please for the administration if you read my word’s do something to change this habit in this hotel, I really regret of every cent I have spent in this place, also I’ll attach a photo for the shower head it’s old and dirty.”

“El hotel merece la pena. Instalaciones nuevas y muy limpias. El personal, muy atento. E incluso habla español algunos de los recepcionistas. No escatiman en ayudar y proporcionar información. Incluso me respondieron en castellano a un email que le envié previo a nuestra visita. Para ir al centro precisa de tranvía. Pero no es obstáculo. Lo recomiendo al 100%”
