“Our room was warm, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet included gluten free bread and soya milk as standard which was great. The staff are clearly hard working and courteous. There is parking around the back of the building. It is an underground car park which currently costs £13 per day of your stay which I thought was proportional and reasonable for a city centre hotel. I would use this hotel again.”

“We have stayed here many times over the years, usually when we are in town to see a show at the Utilita arena, which is a fifteen minute walk away by the canal from the hotel.
We always have a great stay in this hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are amazing, the location is central and it has its own underground car park.
Highly recommended”
