“The facilities are decrepit and below the standard of other NH hotels. Our room opened onto a dark and noisy lightwell. The millwork is poorly designed and has aged badly; on the other hand, the bathroom was nicely renovated and well lit. The parking garage is very cramped and difficult to maneuver in or out. Staff were helpful and polite; this and the convenient location are the hotel’s strong suits.”
