Bonito hotel,pessoal simpático,bom restaurante,óptima garagem para carros,(seguro e barata)...optimo pequeno-almoço.. os quartos estão ligeiramente desgastados ,e o aquecimento não foi suficiente para manter o calor dentro do quarto ... bem localizado para quem viaja de carro,mas mal, para quem viaja de transportes públicos... no entanto aconselho este hotel...

Adorei esse hotel! Ele possui uma Marina. O nosso quarto era muito espaçoso, a cama era grande e confortável, com frigobar, cortinas acionadas por controle remoto. Banheiro amplo com produtos de higiene. O café era muito saboroso, e tinha frutas frescas. Os atendentes educados e prestativos. Tudo muito limpo e bem decorado. É está bem localizado.

Os apartamentos são ótimos, mas o serviço é um tanto quanto atrapalhado. Tínhamos serviço de maleteiro incluído e as malas demoraram mais de uma hora para chegar, pois havia somente um funcionário para atender a todos os aptos. e também faltaram alguns ítens no quarto, como toalhas, e amenities. Atendimento do restaurante é ótimo, tanto no jantar como no café da manhã. Café da manhã bem variado.

Lugar lindo. Otima localização. Quarto com cama gigante e roupas gostosas. Cafe e chá no quarto. Frigobar.Staff atencioso. Nas ruas laterais, vários locais para comer. Na esquina tem ônibus de 10 em 10 min para Veneza a 1.50 euros. Recomendo.

Bons quartos, decoração atual, limpos e com todas as comodidades. Espaços comuns agradáveis. Bom pequeno almoço com muita variedade. Pessoal simpático. A sua localização e o facto de ter de apanhar autocarro para Veneza foi o menos bom mas o preço compensa.

Staff is very nice but AC doesn’t work. They can control the AC from the front desk and even after talking to them, it was really hot in the room and couldn’t sleep well even after a cold shower. Rooms are spacious and clean, and there are food options nearby as well as supermarkets.

Hotel magnífico. Tanto por la atención como por el estado de todo el complejo hotelero. Tiene una parada de autobús que enseguida te lleva a los canales. Las habitaciones son cómodas y modernas. Y algunos recepcionistas hablan español.

Which switch sets on which light?The bathtube could use a decalc - There are red deposits on the silicone.Everytime the guest next door uses His keycard, it is hearable clearly. Also the door of the other guests room closes very loud. Seems like there is weak suspensionThere is a steady noise coming From the AC Even its turned off which might disturb sleep time

Very good hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are fantastic with high ceilings and the breakfast is more than varied. The only downside was the shower water. It went from cold to hot and back to cold without touching the faucet. Staff is working on it, so it will probably get fixed. The location is fantastic. A three minute walk to the bus stop followed by a ten minute drive to the center of Venice for only €3,- The front desk will inform you about the bus schedule. The hotel can also provide. Private shuttle.

Visited for a long weekend. Room/ bedding was clean and comfortable. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast. Staff were very friendly. The only negatives were the height of the bathtub, you have to be cautious entering and leaving. The hallway carpeting was musty.

I had a three night stay at this hotel and had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a good location, it is a 5 minute walk from the tram network that runs straight to the old city of Venice. Despite encountering some issues with my room, the staff were very accommodating and solved my issues immediately. The morning breakfast was good and the local area was quiet.

O pequeno almoço é excelente, sem dúvida e os quartos são enormes. No entanto tive que pedir upgrade do quarto e mesmo assim não fiquei impressionada.No site exibiam umas fotografias que me levaram a selecionar o hotel.À chegada fiquei desiludida com o quarto, alcatifa com nódoas,mobília riscada,barulhos vindos da casa de banhoedredon com nódoas.Enfim,nada a ver com as fotos do site do hotel.Reclamei com a agência de viagens que me tinha vendido o hotel. Mudaram-me de quarto e cobraram me o extra. Não recomendo mesmo.Não é uma boa opção preço qualidade.

Muy buena opción para visitar Venecia si no quieres estar en la propia ciudad. Muy bien comunicado. Desayuno muy bueno y habitaciones muy confortables. Las cuádruples son tipo suite, y con dos baños.

Friendly service, rooms ok except for all the bird poo on the windows which doesn't make for pleasant viewing. Resturant food choice needs to be a bit more relaxed. Limited choices and no real casual food.

Excelente ubicación y servicios de diez. El personal merece un punto y aparte. Desde el mismo instante que entras, todo son facilidades para lograr que la estancia resulte inolvidable. Lo mismo podría decir de las camareras de piso. Mención aparte para las personas encargadas de los desayunos, es de agradecer encontrar amabilidad y una sonrisa al comenzar el día. New hotel, probably 2-3 years old. fabulous ship-like architecture, and a dock built at the end of a canal seperating the two sides of the hotel, forming a covered atrium gives marvelous scenery from the dining area. marvelous breakfast was included in our reservation. stayed 3 nights, easy to reach from train, tram, or bus.easy to get to Venice and other touristy spots. only slight downside was there was no dresser to unpack into, so mostly lived out of the suitcase.

Este hotel fica muito bem localizado, no continente. Possui fácil acesso às ilhas. Fui muito bem acolhido pelos funcionários do hotel, profissionais bem informados, educados e acolhedores. Quarto excelente, limpo, com vista bonita da cidade. Colchão bom, chuveiro ótimo.
