“Our honeymoon was a great in this hotel. Spacious room, king size bed and big windows. We enjoyed the pool & Jacuzzi usually quite busy as families can go anytime. We had a big room: whilst the shower pressure could have been better - we enjoyed our honeymoon stay in this luxurious hotel 🏨”

“So after a long rainy travel day we got to the Pan Pacific and loved the location and easy drop off. Our experience went downhill from there. There was only one staff member at the check in desk (he did a great job), for some reason one of our bags wasn’t delivered to the room with others, and to top things off there was no room service available (because they were too busy)! With the COVID restrictions that are in place, in room dining was a key factor in us choosing this hotel and to not have it available, on a very rainy Friday night, prompted this review. The second star was earned because the room was clean, the bell staff were great in tracking down the missing bag, and the room had a bathtub.”
