A localização do hotel é ideal para explorar a cidade. Bom ponto de estacionamento e manobrista. Pessoal simpático e atencioso. A entrada é muito bonita. No entanto, por ter vindo há 10 anos, forçado a ver que nada mudou. Sem dizer que os quartos são antiquados, mas ainda estão envelhecendo. No quarto 704 há uma cadeira que não tem nada a ver com isso. Parece uma cadeira de lar de idosos !! Caso contrário, é muito bom para a temperatura do hotel e para a roupa de cama. É uma sensação boa no bar, embora também esteja envelhecendo. Eu não tentei o restaurante. No geral não é ruim, mas para o preço dos quartos tudo deve ser perfeito!

Muito bom hotel moderno, design. A equipe é adorável, atenciosa e prestativa. Eu vim duas vezes para estadias profissionais e é um verdadeiro prazer poder recarregar as baterias e descansar à noite em um estabelecimento como esse, após um dia agitado de profissionais. Para recomendar sem hesitação

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms and common areas were spotless and nicely appointed. However, ompared to North American standards, this was not a 5-star hotel. The issues included the quality of the furnishings, the size of our room (King Deluxe), and the fact that our carpet had stains on it. The staff gets 5 stars, but the hotel gets 3 stars; hence, my median score of 4 stars.

Room is very stuffy. Doesn't feel like air works. Can't open windows. 3 star hotel at best. Staff wouldn't change room to one with windows that open. Feels like a prison cell.

For 170 euros per night, 26 euros breakfast I would expect the bathroom to be cleaned daily and the sheets changed. The guys at the front desk are under 25 years old. Not up to the price paid. But at least they speak English, which is already a lot in France.

Fantastic location by the main station. The staff was very accomodating and welcoming. I got a late check-out, no questions asked or extra fees as the place was relatively empty. Breakfast is room service only at the moment and it was very high quality with freshly baked pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice.

No corresponde a un 5 estrellas ni de lejos. Hubo una equivocación en la reserva, lo intenté subsanar inmediatamente, no me cogieron el teléfono en todo el día, a las 8:00 del día siguente me puse en contacto y me cobraron 160,00 euros más. No se veía la tv española,lo dijimos el primerdía, estuvimos alojados cuatro días y no la sintonizaron. El personal de limpieza de planta sin mascarilla dentro de la habitación. El desayuno, lo justo, correcto, sin más. El personal muy amable y educado. Cena en la cafetería, 4 Hamburguesas simples, una ensalada César, 2 cervezas,unabotella de agua y una ración de tarta de chocolate... 127 euros. El servicio peor que mal. La estancia ha sido correcta a pesar de sus fallos, pero muy lejos de un 5 estrellas.

Ubicación perfecta, a poca distancia a pie de lo más céntrico de Toulouse. Personal excelente con un trato exquisito. Habitaciones geniales, muy cuidadas y con todos los detalles. Sin lugar a dudas un 10.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. El año pasado durante unos días de vacaciones en la ciudad, y está año de paso a Lyon. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. A unos 10 min caminando de la place Wilson y del centro histórico. Teniendo en cuenta cómo son los hoteles en Francia (nosotros venimos de España), este hotel es totalmente recomendable. Nosotros viajamos mucho por Francia y solemos hospedamos en Pullman porque no te encuentras sorpresas. La calidad es similar en los hoteles de esta cadena. Está limpio y es silencioso. Las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones no son súper pequeñas. El desayuno es muy variado y de calidad, con productos típicos de la zona. El servicio es muy amable y servicial. El parking es un poco extraño. Aunque tiene acceso directo al hotel, despues de descargar el equipaje en la zona de carga y descarga delantede la puerta del hotel, o bien te aparcan ellos el coche (a nosotrosno nos gusta), o tienes que ir con el aparcacoches porque tienen que abrirte ellos, la puerta de acceso. Si necesitas ir al coche a recoger o dejar cualquier cosa, ellos tienen que a compañarte. Y dejas las llaves del coche en recepción por si tienen que moverlo en el propio parking. Eso sí, te acompañan amablemente las veces que haga falta. En cuanto al precio, no es barato pero merece la pena pagar un poco más porque se nota en la calidad y limpieza. Volveremos sin duda si regresamos a Toulouse.
