“Stayed one night (2/5/19). Hotel is very much in need of upgraded carpets, etc. Did not seem very clean. Service at breakfast was not fantastic. Also Air conditioning did not seem to work that well in the room. Definitely they need to invest to upgrade the furnishings, carpets, and everything should be steam cleaned. Front desk staff was friendly.”

Frankly, it’s the worst 5 stars experience for me. From entry to exit…
5 stars hotel but nobody speaks english.
Nobody helped me for my 5 big size luggages. I carried all my luggages from my car (that parked on front gate of the hotel) to the reception.
This hotel needs an immediate renovation. Everything looks like 80’s. When you open the wardrobe it smells like old sock.
No proper internet access. Very poor connection even for whatsapp text messages.
Poor breakfast.
No hospitality, no smiling face here.
This is the worst service I got from a 5 stars hotel.”
