“In all honesty, we are on day 2 of 10 and we have already decided we will NEVER be back again and would very strongly advise anyone that has a booking here to think twice and get a free change of booking. The food is decent to be fair but that is pretty much all that is going for this place. Most of the staff are great but as soon as you raise an issue and need to deal with management then, let's just say, it's probably best you don't need to deal with management as they aren't the best. General cleanliness is only ok, certainly not the 5 star rating it has. I have been in cleaner 3 star resorts....”
