“Booked to stay here for 3 days on June 10th. I was traveling with my infant and my 8 year old. I called ahead and informed the receptionist that I would be arriving later than expected. They made a note of it in the computer. When me and my children arrived, the receptionist stated that although they see the note in the computer, they gave our room away, and there was nothing they could do for me. I paid upfront, so they ended up giving me only a partial refund. Not only did I have to still pay them, but I was left stranded in an unfamiliar city with my 2 small children. I ended up having to come out of more money by booking a different hotel. It was a shocking situation. I book with Marriott often, and I’ve never been treated this way. Please don’t waste your money here.”

“Até agora eu tive uma experiência decente aqui. Minha reclamação é o café da manhã. Minha noiva desce às 8 eles estão sem ovos legal, eu desço às 8:20 eles estão sem ovos, linguiça, aveia, torradas, waffles... Tudo. Mas o verdadeiro problema foi que a equipe estava relutante em cozinhar mais porque era "eles não devem descer tarde" o café da manhã é anunciado até as 9. Por favor, pelo menos faça o suficiente para os que acordam tarde. Com base em outra reclamação de cliente, este não foi o primeiro dia em que foi assim.”
