Excelente hotel que alia a contemporaneidade com o tradicional. Restaurante com excelente pequeno almoço muito variado. As refeições principais são variadas e muito bem confeccionadas. Excelente staff extremamente simpático e prestável. Existe transporte gratuito do hotel para o centro de Marraquexe e de regresso várias vezes ao dia. O regime de tudo incluído é uma opção a ter em conta. Reservamos um tour de dromedário nos agentes que se encontram no hotel e saiu a um preço razoável. Não façam como nós que, à chegada, não tinhamos transfer para o hotel e após muito regateio e stress acabamos por negociar um preço que foi quase o dobro do praticado pelo Booking na reserva de transferes.

Não esquecendo o esforço imenso que todos fizeram para agradar a todos os clientes, até os menos compreensivos , porque vimos alguns, fomos na altura do Ramadão e onde se torna tudo mais complicado porque todo o esforço é feito a dobrar ou a triplicar já que eles não se alimentam durante todo o dia e mesmo assim nunca vi uma cara feia nem uma atitude menos simpática!!!! Parabéns pelas pessoas maravilhosas que são !!’ Obrigada

Um ótimo hotel a poucos kilometros do centro de Marraquexe, com excelente shuttle gratuito ao longo de todo o dia. Excelentes áreas comuns, muito moderno mas com alguma influência local. De ressalvar uma ótima comida, ótima limpeza e ótimo atendimento. O único senão é o método de trabalho da recepção, um pouco retrógrada. Recomendo para poucos dias em Marraquexe e para fugir da confusão do centro.

Possibly one of the best hotels I've been to. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The animation team was lovely and entertaining. Kudos to them for the amazing shows and the fire show they demonstrated! It was impressive! The rooms are large and comfortable, the pool was a fun experience paired with the fun activities they had included, and the buffet was a lovely combination of foods for all tastes. I enjoyed my time a lot. You've also got my respect for how they handled the covid sanitary issues. Providing plastic gloves to use when getting your food was a smart decision. All in all, it was truly an experience and an amazing one. Please let everyone know they're doing amazing!

Had a great time, right from the entrance, we were greeted by Adnane at reception, spoke fluent English and big smiles, so many of the team here tried hard and were very successfull in providing us a great holiday. Abdul ghafour at the bar made sure we had what we needed and wenever we needed. Also hassan in the dining hall, made a special plate for my breakfast since I was a late riser. A little tip/gift goes along way, especially if you are enjoying yourself, if there ever an issue, another great person was Abdullah at reception, had a go at the shuttle driver for being late to take us souk. We felt they tried hard and genuinely, I definately want to come when I have time again.

Staff are really friendly, however, the resort was extremely small, so it felt rather packed, there wasn't much to do; you could practically explore the resort in less than 5 minutes! However, the library was decent, and the food was nice too.

Great hotel, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and a decent size. All inclusive food is imaginative and well presented and cooked, you can always find something to eat with out it resorting to chips and pizza and the cooking stations for pancakes, waffles eggs and flatbread are fantastic.

A fabulous resort. Very well run, fantastic staff. Although most speak English a small number of staff speak predominantly French/Arabic. The entertainment staff were wonderful, funny and very engaging. The restaurant was good, the selection of food was of good quality and interesting each evening and breakfast was al a carte with food such as eggs and pancakes made while you wait. There is a second restaurant that you can only visit if you have stayed for 4 days or more and was open on Tuesday and Thursday. It serves Moroccan and Spanish food with a relatively set menu and the food was beautifully presented and wonderful food.

Fantastic option for anyone who doesn’t want to be right in the centre of Marrakech. They run a shuttle bus regularly to take you in if you do want to go. Loads of food options and the a la carte restaurant had lovely food. Local beer and wine were great Staff were very friendly

Han sido unos días geniales. El hotel esta muy bien, la limpieza perfecta, la comida bastante variada y muy buena pero lo que me gustaría resaltar es el trato que han tenido conmigo todos y cadauno de los trabajadores,siempre muy atentos haciendo más fácil el poder comunicarse conaquellos que no manejamos muy bien los idiomas.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very good hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Food is great. All inclusive option is best and there is always something to drink and eat anytime. Pool is lovely and so the poolside snack Bar. Bathrooms in the room doesn't have screen to cover the glass window and visible from the bed, so feels bit uneasy with kids. Hotel is located bit away from the city but 15 minutes drive to local attractions.

Friendly, helpful staff everywhere. Buffet covers all tastes and includes Moroccan dishes. Rooms are lovely and have plenty of outlets to plug in devices if needed. Everywhere is very clean. Plenty of organised activities for kids and adults who want to participate, but no pressure is put on you to join in. Easy to book outside excursions.

Hotel nuevo y moderno con habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. La piscina es el centro neurálgico del hotel donde discurre toda la animación diaria. También hay animación a la noche con distintos espectáculos. La comida es lo que menos me ha gustado porque el buffet es muy repetitivo, sin embargo, el restaurante el Patio Andaluz es acogedor y la comida muy buena. Buenas vacaciones en general
