This hotel is stunning! It has exceeded my expectations and the photos do not do it justice. It is classy and trendyat the same time. It's beautifully decorated (lobby and rooms) and it's not over done.I want to give a shout out to Lauren at the front desk, she went above and beyond. Please give her a raise!I would say it is an older crowd and couples that stay here. I went May 2022. The location is the best part, it is walking distance to Broadway and all of the bars and restaurants. You do not need a car.They have a pretty nice pool and lobby bar, and live music every day at 6pm. There's also a small store with souvenirs and grab and go snacks and drinks. The restaurant next door has a coffee bar and the food and live music was good there too!

A great hotel, mere blocks away from downtown Nashville’s everything: Broadway, sports arenas, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Terrific bar and pool area featuring live music most nights of the week. On-site garage and valet. The front desk staff are top-notch professionals and friendly as heck. And you will probably NEVER see this again in any other hotel room: the beds are in the MIDDLE OF THE ROOM. It will be a little weird at first but you’ll come to appreciate it! Ask for a room on the highest possible floor if you can in order to enjoy the best Nashville views. And yes there’s a restaurant and coffee bar in the lobby too! Cambria is where I’m staying next time I’m in the Music City!!!

Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown is a great place to stay in the middle of everything for a good value. I really like the location and atmosphere that they have created here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have the best stay. Great experience each time here.

We returned to this hotel specifically for the staff after being in town a year and a half ago. Before even booking, we asked if Kevin from the bar still worked there. That’s how much we enjoyed his company and drinks. The bar at this hotel has everything a person visiting Nashville would want, we prefer it over the busy Broadway scene for sure! The manager even took time to sit with us and walk us in through some of their menu offerings and upcoming additions, the service is unmatched to anywhere else we’ve visited in Downtown. The rooms are nice, but the staff are even nicer, which is extremely hard to come by. Kareem at the desk took care of us every time we passed through the lobby and the valet crew patiently assisted us every time we needed to get into our vehicle. Zach and Henry are a perfect fit for your first encounter upon getting to the hotel. They helped us navigate like locals, and treated us like a couple of them by the time we left. We do not have a complaint about anything we’ve experienced at Cambria the times we’ve visited and recommend it to anyone who ever asks us about places to enjoy in Nashville!

I would definitely recommend staying here, because it was walking distance to most places. Hotel was clean and staff was very nice. Service was superb. Definitely will be staying here again. I stayed there this past weekend for memorial weekend.

É um lugar bem legal. A equipe é ótima. Nice restaurante no térreo administrado por outra pessoa. Perto o suficiente para caminhar até a Broadway com facilidade. É razoavelmente limpo. Música ao vivo no bar do 5º andar. A única razão para 4 estrelas em vez de 5 foi que o ar condicionado não conseguia tirar a umidade da sala. Constantemente tinha uma sensação úmida.

It's a pretty nice place.The staff is great.Nice restaurant downstairs ran by someone else. Close enough to walk to Broadway with ease. It's reasonably clean. Live music at the bar on the 5th floor. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the ac was unable to get the humidity out of the room. It constantly had a clammy feel.

Eu estava um pouco nervoso antes de chegar ao hotel, porque ouvi dizer que os hotéis de “escolha” eram uma rede barata. Mas, este hotel foi de longe um dos melhores em Nashville. Ele superava o preço de todos os lugares, era muito limpo, moderno, confortável e tinha a melhor vista ao redor. Temos o quarto de canto em um andar alto com vista para a cidade e a vista foi excelente. Eu não posso esperar para ficar aqui novamente. A única coisa que eu não sabia antes de chegar aqui era o único estacionamento com manobrista e custa US$ 40 por noite. Mas, por melhor que fosse o preço do quarto, isso não era um problema! Definitivamente espero ficar aqui novamente. Além disso, ótimo atendimento ao cliente e rostos sorridentes.

Vou marcar isso para facilitar a leitura, mas me sinto confiante de que falo por todo o meu grupo: - O atendimento ao cliente é excepcional. Precisávamos de quartos conjugados e eles foram capazes de fazer isso acontecer para nós e eles foram fabulosos com o acompanhamento dos quartos conjugados. Sem correria, sem promessas não cumpridas. - Um membro do nosso grupo teve que fazer o check-in mais cedo e não houve nenhum problema, eles a adicionaram ao nome do quarto sem problemas (não posso dizer quantos hotéis Hilton fizeram um problema sobre isso). - ** Tivemos uma pulseira que caiu em um local impossível de alcançar e a manutenção não apenas veio imediatamente para recuperá-la, mas também trouxe chocolates. Não posso agradecer o suficiente por isso!!!! - Não há manchas de sabão / água no banheiro, por isso parece MUITO limpo, além de ter ótima iluminação e espelhos de alta tecnologia. (Especialmente com hotéis com falta de pessoal, isso se destaca mais para mim agora.) - A localização é fácil e segura para caminhar até a ravina e para o centro da cidade.Existem muitas opções de hotéis em Nashville, mas esta é a minha primeira escolha toda vez que estou lá pelos motivos acima. Nós AMAMOS o Cambria!!!

I’ll bullet this for reading ease, but I feel confident I speak for my entire party: - Customer service is exceptional. We needed adjoining rooms and they were able to make that happen for us AND they were fabulous with follow up regarding the connecting rooms. No run around, no unfulfilled promises. - A member of our party had to check in early and there was zero fuss, they added her to the room name no problem (I can’t tell you how many Hilton hotels have made an issue about that). -** We had a bracelet get dropped into an impossible to reach location and maintenance not only came immediately to retrieve it, but they also brought chocolates. Can’t thank them enough for this!!!! - There is zero soap scum/ water staining in the bathroom so it feels VERY clean in addition to having great lighting and high tech mirrors. (Especially with hotels being understaffed, this stands out to me more now.) - The location is easily and safely walkable to the gulch and to down-town.There are a lot of hotel options in Nashville, but this is my first choice every time I’m there for the above reasons. We LOVE The Cambria!!!

I was kind of nervous before I got to the the hotel, because I heard “choice” hotels were a cheap chain. But, this hotel was by far one of the best in Nashville. It beat everywhere’s price around, was very clean, modern, comfy, and had the best view around. We got the corner room on a high floor with city view and the view was outstanding. I can not wait to stay here again. The only thing I did not know before I got here was their is only valet parking and it is $40 for the night. But, as good as the price was for the room, this wasn’t as much of a problem! Definitely hope I get to stay here again. Also, great customer service and smiling faces.
