“Supposedly this hotel is new.Since we arrived 2 days ago I’ve see about 10 roaches.I told the lady up front and she said she apologized and would change our room.I told her it’s not only the room but the whole hotel, as I had seen a huge roach crawling in the lobby.So gross!!!! They need to hire pest control to take care of this issue!!!!I will stay at the hotel down the road next time.My other family said it was older but they didn’t see any roaches.This place is infested!!”
