Excelente local, eu gostei muito! A unica coisa que nao gostei foi Wireless que sinal estava muito ruim, nao sei se era por estar muito cheio,mas foi somente isto. Muito bom atendimento e serviços.Recomendo.

Fui a una junta y tuvieron todos los protocolos,buena sanitización,muy bonito,lindo servicio,con encantó y instalaciones cuidadas.

Está bien el lugar,para pasar una noche,aunque la habitación en la que estaba era muy pequeña,hasta el baño/regadera.El desayuno no fue muy agradable. en platos desechables que parecían cartones muy delgados,y por las sincronizadas (que eran del tamaño de unos totopos),te ensuciabas por la salsa chipotle que le ponían,y no había servilletas.

Their front desk staff had a poor attitude, furthermore, they woke us up on Sunday at 8 am with loud knocking on the door asking if we wanted laundry service. Not good

It's a good hotel to stay in if you're just passing by.

This is a good place for job meetings and works actually very well. From the beggining with a warm start with the staff and overall a great service that all the staff involved resolves instantly and with a smile. The meeting room is comfy and all clean, with enough coffee, pieces of bread, and tea.

This place cover succesfully the basic things I look into a Hotel: warm water, good wifi connection, a comfortable bed. The gym is really small, the breakfast too simple, but it's better than nothing. In general terms city express is a good cost/benefit hotel. If you want no surprises during your trip, this is your choice

Great hotel to stay a few days in Angelópolis. I came to visit Puebla like every year with my family in Christmas Holidays and we always choose this hotel. Great service and it's near to the huge malls and other important stores of the city.

Upon arrival we we're notifying the air conditioning in a room was not working. Instead of offering us a discount they basically told us we can go somewhere else and we didn't like it. Since we were the large group we decided to stay here anyway. Once in our room we were trying to finally settle down after a long trip I sat down in the chair and it broke with me on the floor. The security letters on the door were also broken so I asked to be relocated to another room. After putting her stuff back in their bags they did send someone to help us which we were thankful for we relocated to another room. Finally winding down of the movie we decided to take a shower but the shower curtain wasn't long enough and all the water ended up in the bathroom and sit in the shower where it would go down the drain. In the morning we went down to eat at a complimentary breakfast which was also a fiasco. There wasn't any food the food they had was cold and the eggs have chopped up hot dogs in it that's a little kid food. Expect with my state be as miserable as the first day was I just hope the people read this review so that I can be warned not to stay at this hotel.
