“When I came in the receptionist was very kind very polite. The lobby area was very clean well-lit. When I made it up to my room it was a very nice room and clean. I love the fact that the windows open so you're able to air out the place, you know catch a nice breeze. I also like the fact that all the amenities are working in order and working properly. one of the greatest things I enjoyed was the hot tub in the pool for some reason these days a lot of hotels hot tubs and pools have been out of service so I'm happy that they are in service here and working properly. I'm happy im able to use it and enjoy myself for this wonderful Easter weekend. THANK YOU FROM THE JARRETT FAMILY”

“El hotel tiene muy poco personal, son baratos. No hubo galletas de "bienvenida" para nuestra estadía el domingo. Tanto el viernes como yo el lunes, la bañera de hidromasaje no funcionó, les tomó horas en ambas ocasiones ponerla en marcha para que no se calentara antes de pagar, por lo que no se podía disfrutar. Todo el hotel apestaba a marihuana, pero nos cobraron $ 250 alegando que fumábamos en la habitación, lo cual no hicimos, traje mis colillas de cigarrillos a la habitación para desecharlas porque no tiro basura, pero no fumé en la habitación pero nos cobraron de todos modos. La recepción casi siempre está vacía porque están ocupados haciendo otras cosas en el hotel porque son demasiado baratos para contratar más empleados. Se suponía que el desayuno era a las 6, pero los huevos no salían hasta las 6:30. Hay un letrero que dice que la puerta lateral (donde estacionamos) estuvo cerrada durante ciertas horas, pero de hecho no la abrieron hasta casi el mediodía, probablemente debido a la falta de personal.”
