“Love being on Disney property and this hotel is great for watching animals. Lobby is beautiful and staff is wonderful. Love having a balcony. The rooms are a little dated and beds uncomfortable.”

“My daughter turned 15 yesterday and we checked in Friday. No happy birthday nothing at all. Her boyfriend traveled with us and bought her a nice bracelet from Kay Jewelers and left it in the room. Not turned in as of this afternoon. Bathroom had mold in the tub area. Won't be staying her again. Thinking I might just sell my DVC.”
