“Loved being able to have the free suite for our wedding room block reservation that we made this past month. Loved that the bar allowed guests to hangout after the wedding venue had closed so the party didn’t have to end. The event coordinator however hadn’t put a note on our room that it was supposed to be free so it kind of shocked us to be asked for payment the next morning but she let us leave without paying and said she would check in with the event coordinator to confirm our free room. Overall, nice stay and very accommodating for events.”

“We've stayed here several times with no issue which is the only reason I'd give 3 stars. On our latest stay however, we were incredibly disappointed. The suite we were given was nothing at all like the previous suites we've stayed in. It was practically falling apart. The vents were covered in what looked like decades worth of dust, the walls were dirty, parts of the ceiling were cracking, and overall it did not live up to the experiences we've had before. It was gross, frankly. In addition to that, our room was near the pool which wouldn't typically be an issue as I don't mind hearing the kids playing. I do mind several kids running by our room and beating on our window and door multiple times and running away. Not the relaxing stay I had hoped we'd enjoy like we've had before. I'd recommend specifically requesting NOT to stay on the pool side of the hotel as it seems significantly less maintained and the experience was poor. On the bright side, the woman that works at the breakfast / cafe shop is an absolute delight. So sweet every time we're there!”
