“We were happy with the cleanliness of the room and the bed was comfortable. The view of the golf course was great! The cookies were yummy and the staff was nice. However we were extremely disappointed that there was no room service and the restaurant was closed. Still using COVID AS AN EXCUSE. The rooms didn’t have any laundry bags, there were no pamphlets of things to do and the room was basically bare bones. Bring anything you need. And you will not get breakfast.”

“There is a huge disconnect between housekeeping and management. Our room black out curtain wouldn't shut, the sliding glass door frame had totally separated from the wall, so large gap that let cold air in, ants in room, and shampoo and gel wall bottles were empty. Housekeeping claims they don't speak English but not my problem. Housekeeping has to be aware of problems but aren't reporting it to management or management doesn't care. At check-in I heard another lady stating her room light was burned out and the wall shampoo container was broken. If you can't maintain the containers, go back to small bottles and not ruin our day! All problems were solved but that's not the point!!!!! All bar employees were fantastic except for the younger girl with shoulder length brown hair who works 11am day shift. She was hostile, rude and had total contempt for her job. Again not my problem. Why do miserable people get to work in the service industry.
Bar food was mediocre. I'm still waiting for my $20.00 food credit for awful food. I was asked to bring it back for proof and female bartender with short cropped hair promised I would get a refund!
I also was promised $10.00 a day food/bar credit with my reservation. All front desk members pretended to know anything about it. I had to go down 2x about this issue until finally front desk asked management and I was credited on my account. I see on another review-same problem. The view, lobby, grounds and pool were outstanding!”
