“STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! Requested to have 2 queen beds at check in and was told that they were sold out. That’s fine. Everything was ok until 10:30pm at night. The restaurant next to the hotel was playing EXTREMELY loud music. So I called down to the FD and asked what time is the quiet hour. The guy told me the noise was from the restaurant next door and they don’t have any control of it, and can’t do anything about it. So I asked if we could get moved to another room that’s not near the restaurant side. He said the hotel was sold out and can’t move me. Guess what! The 2 QUEENS BED was available online!!! Shame on both of you who lied to me, and wouldn’t want to accommodate us. I can’t sleep for both nights and it was TERRIBLE!!!!! This is my last night staying in this hotel and this is 4am now, the loud music is STILL GOING ON!! The FD guy told me on the phone claiming that it would be going on until 1am, which is another lie!! He didn’t even offer me to move the next day. Instead, he was just saying that “we can’t do anything about it.” NO! You definitely could have done something about it to make it right, but you just didn’t even bother to do so! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. can’t sleep for 2 nights. My vacation was ruined. Thanks for that.”
