“Coco been bullying me and my family since I got in the hotel. She always go on our stuff and change our prices and wouldn't tell me anything. I never caught an attitude with her at all I kept it professional about she get loud and kept telling me she's be manager whatever she says go. She Wouldn't tell me she made me new keys wouldn't even tell me she change the price until I come down to ask about my keys and y I'm locked out my room nicely. Me and my family been locked out the room more than once to the point I had to get my key fixed a lot because she kept changing my prices so much...my mother in law paid for a night for us and Coco sent her back her money without us knowing and she haven't got the money back and my mother in law didn't even know anything about it until I told her. I been very nice to Coco would never disrespect anybody but she don't like the fact I'm living here and don't want me or my family here .”

“Decent. The room was fine. It was clean, and climate control worked well. Shower water was hot enough, and all of the basic necessities were provided. I would have liked to have a freezer partition in the fridge.
Breakfast was okay at best. Soggy cardboard scrambled eggs and sausage patties make up the "hot breakfast." The boiled eggs are definitely pre-packaged. More variety would have been nice.
Staff ranged from terrific to obnoxiously attitude-y.
All in all, if I'm given the choice, I'll probably pick elsewhere. But it wasn't terrible, so I wouldn't particularly mind being booked there again.”
