Xaviera was the best. Saw her from the time of check in to check out. Excellence in customer service and very personable. She will be the reason we return to this location. Thank you, Xaviera. Never change who you are- AWESOME!!. Also restaurant and lounge area was nice. No happy hour as advertised in the elevators,but otherwise not so bad.

We came here for training and it was the cleanest hotel I've been to in a while. These people really care. Lobby is spotless. Bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen. Front Desk staff was very helpful, courteous, and nice. This was an awesome place for training. Thank you.

The hotel is still very new, so the rooms were pristine. The bed was comfortable and towels were the right (adult) size and soft. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our odd check-in/check out times. I didn't get to use the gym, but from a quick glance it's a little larger than the standard hotel gyms and had a decent selection of weights and equipment. I didn't get to use the hotel bar either, although I consider it a bonus based on the hotel's location (nothing is within walking distance without crossing railroad tracks or a major highway). From what I could tell, the bar offered only a small, limited selection of food. You can easily walk from the hotel to the terminal, but I would not recommend it if you have multiple heavy bags. The breakfast selection left much to be desired, which is a big negative for me since the airport has very little to offer and you can't walk anywhere.

I made a reservation with my points after traveling for 3 weeks of business. I am titanium elite and I don't get a welcome gift or offer. The girl at the front desk was completely rude and said you booked with a third party. I said I booked with my Marriott Bonvoy account. She said I can't connect to that I don't know what that is. I pointed to thr bonvoy sign on the counter completely rude and incompetent. No people skills.

We were in the area from NC to visit Hershey Park with family. Short drive to everything good (park, Indian echo cavern, amazing food and great shopping). The airport was very quiet and not busy at all. The hotel was super clean and customer service was top notch. The breakfast was amazing with eggs and bacon etc. and the fitness center was more than adequate. The room was spacious and the air conditioner kept it nice and cool. The beds were comfortable and bathroom stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. The fridge was turned down so we just had to turn it up to get it cold. Microwave did what it was meant to do. Really zero complaints and the lobby bar makes a great martini 10/10 would recommend!
