Ao longo de nossa estada, tivemos que pedir coisas três vezes antes que fosse feito 😅 Belo cenário, ótimo acesso a passeios e comida é decente também. Se você está procurando coquetéis adequados, pode ficar desapontado, pois eles servem a maioria das coisas com xaropes e não têm uma grande lista no menu. O quarto é lindo, mas o banheiro parece ser problemático. A área do chuveiro tem limo de laranja, assim como da última vez que fomos. Algumas fixações na parede também estão soltas.

Throughout our stay we had to ask for things three times before it gets done 😅 Beautiful setting, great access to walks and food is decent too. If you are looking for proper cocktails then you might be disappointed, they serve most things from syrups and don't have a great list on the menu. Room is beautiful but the bathroom seems to be one that is problematic. The shower area has orange slime just like the last time we went. Some fixing on the wall are loose as well.

Had an absolutely amazing afternoon tea experience at the Fairmont. Everything was delicious and unique. The staff serving us were polite, professional and friendly. Luis the restaurant Manager made our experience even more special with his second to none attention to detail. As NHS staff this was a special treat that did not dissapoint. Thank you to all.

We were at the Fairmont for afternoon tea to celebrate a family member's birthday yesterday. For the most part it was a great day in a great location. The food was fantastic, the staff members were good. They were very accommodating to dietary requirements we had. Then we did not have enough tea strainers at the table. We had to ask the staff for extra ones. When we got the extra ones they came dirty with tea leaves still stuck to them. Then later we noticed a staff member go up to a table that the customers had finished their afternoon tea and left. The staff member took the lids off 2 pots of tea, took them to the tea making station and put them on 2 new pots of tea without even washing or cleaning them. In the times we are living in at the moment we thought this was an appalling thing to do. It then made us think about how clean everything else was and how serious the Hotel takes its cleaning standards!! After witnessing that I highly doubt I will be back to the Fairmont Hotel. It's a shame that two questionable actions can put you off so much. We also had to ask twice for more tea the staff members were not very attentive. The fire alarm also went off as we were finishing our Afternoon tea. The staff members did not direct us to an assembly point they just stood outside the door in a group talking. All in it was a very mixed experience with good and very bad bits. I hope it's better for other customers.

Adorei esse hotel, era muito limpo e aconchegante Recebido por uma equipe adorável A única coisa que eu disse foi que dentro do quarto do hotel eu iria fazer um chá, mas ainda havia água dos clientes anteriores. A senhora chamada Maurine Quinn que nos serviu no café da manhã e também a viu localizada no andar de cima foi muito simpática e simpática! Ela foi acima e além para os clientes. Ela foi tão acolhedora e gentil! Obrigado por seu serviço

Loved this hotel was very clean and warm Greeted by lovely staff Only thing I would say was inside the hotel room I was going to make myself tea but there was still water left from the previous customers. Lady called Maurine Quinn who served us at breakfast and also seen her located upstairs was really nice and friendly ! She went above and beyond for customers. She was so welcoming and kind ! Thank you for your service

Third time visiting for afternoon tea, delicious food, fantastic service. Such a great range of teas to enjoy, and so lovely to see local produce as well. Also enjoyed a delightful spa treatment, fantastic facilities, with excellent staff. An amazing day was had by all.
