“This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. I would give more stars if I could. Super clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Jihad Ellis was so helpful & kind. Really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. This was not a planned trip. Our car broke down and we had booked this place last minute. Couldn’t be happier. Will come back to visit the area and stay here again!”

“Terrible service for a wedding. No one answers the phones. Constantly having to call and try to get someone to speak to, only to have to clarify things over and over each phone call. Multiple attempts to have our names changed so they were spelled correctly. They had multiple room blocks under our event due to lack of communication. Our venue actually had to stop recommending them due to so many issues with events, including ours. Our guests rooms weren’t ready at check in, they had to wait to check in after the event ended. They also do not hold true to their contract, we were charged twice and the hotel has yet to resolve it. Multiple guests did not get welcome bags we were told would be passed out. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the shuttle bus driver was so sweet and patient on such a big day for our family.”
