“Pros: Good ambience. The view from the hotel was amazing. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The service was prompt. Cons: The room cooling was not upto the mark. Not much variety in the buffet spread. The food was not very tasty. Especially the fish.”

“As far as I've been to hotels around Pune and certainly Viman Nagar, Four points by Sheraton would be one of my least rated hotels so far because of the lack of variety in buffet (literally 2 Non veg dishes) , small staffand undermaintained rooms. The shower socket was broken, press table broken too. The food was my greatest disappointment, they literally had no variety and it was just a big turn off. I'm giving two points to Sheraton for its good rooms and a usable gym. Sheraton needs a lots of improvement, especially with its food and staff which is very less to meet the requirements of the customers”
