“Soy cliente habitual y nunca tuve una razón para cambiarme de hotel. En pasado había estado en otros hoteles en Puebla, pero este es mi favorito porqué ofrece una relación precio/calidad que ningun otro sitio logra garantizar. Estoy enamorado del restaurante que según yo es la perla más brillante del hotel. El Menu ofrece siempre buenas sorpresas y la atención al cliente es realmente "top". Volveré siempre aca y nunca dejaré de aconsejarlo a compañeros y amigos. Un saludo a todos los amigos, nos veremos pronto!”

“If you are looking for a great location with amazing customer service, this is your best choice.
Located in the modern area of Puebla with easy access to all the main attractions and the benefit of great options for dining, shopping and hanging out just a step away.
The service is great and they provide all the requirements of a 5-star stay.
Breakfast is good, although a bit overpriced by Mexican standards. In general the prices are more suited to North America or European levels, compared to other Mexican hotels, it might be a bit much if you are in a hurry for a drink or a small snack.
The services are great, even during the pandemic, they do their best to provide a great experience.
Skybar is a bit too loud on the weekend if you are staying at the top levels.
It is the 3rd time we stay there, this time during covid, and the experience is still the best in Puebla by far.”
