Lo mejor del Hotel es la amabilidad del personal y el conjunto de sus instalaciones .La situación no es muy buena si quieres ir a la playa, pues está algo lejos, aunque está cerca de port aventura. El bufet es justito la calidad no es para tirar cohetes : bollería industrial para el desayuno, chocolate frio para los churros, las cafeteras son agónicamente lentas y dan uno de los peores cafés que he probado, lo que hacen en vivo es poco atractivo , no hay a penas variedad y la calidad aprueba por los pelos. Ni una sola hamaca libre a la sombra en la piscina, la gente pone las toallas y se van la mayor parte del día sin utilizarlas, por supuesto el personal no hace nada al respecto,(una vergüenza). Nos dieron una habitación que apestaba a tabaco, y a pesar de decirlo no nos la hicieron el primer día de estancia, por lo que tuvimos que protestar. Si pides un café doble te cobran dos, El colmo. La animación es muy pobre.

The stay was great from the start of the holiday to the end of the holiday. The staff was friendly and always made time for you. The hotel was so clean inside and out and so was the room.The food at the hotel was great every night and every morning and there was alot of variety and was quickly replenished. The entertainment in the day and at night was great and the entertainment team was brilliant always made time to speak and have a laugh. This is the best hotel we have stayed in and will definitely be visiting again.

The stay was great from the start of the holiday to the end of the holiday. The staff was friendly and always made time for you. The hotel was so clean inside and out and so was the room. The food at the hotel was great every night and every morning and there was alot of variety and was quickly replenished. The entertainment in the day and at night was great and the entertainment team was brilliant always made time to speak and have a laugh. This is the best hotel we have stayed in and will definitely be visiting again.

A fantastic location just a short walk from parks or 7 to 10 euros in taxi . Hotel rooms were spacious modern cleaned to a high standard , Restaurant had varied choice of international food, spacious bar area outside and inside, The hotel had plenty of hardworking staff keeping the hotel to a high standard would return again or to another H10 hotel.

Loved staying at this friendly hotel. Has a huge pool with shallow & deep water. Also has a spa but we didn't use it. There was entertainment in the evening which my grandson enjoyed. Facilities have been updated during lockdown & are just perfect. Food was lovely with a wide variety & you can watch the chef cook your steak. Our room had a lovely walk in shower & two huge single beds. Equipped with a fridge & a safe. My daughter & grandson had the room opposite with a bath & shower overhead. Which was perfect for my 4 Yr old grandson. I don't often write reviews about hotels abroad as I'm usually dissapointed but this one I wanted to. I would definitely stay here again. Many thanks for a memorable stay 👍

Had a nice stay, hotel was clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpfull. Roof sun terrace could do with a update. Food was good, "layout off food needs looking at, big ques at times". 10 mins walk from beach,

El hotel en general es genial, amabilidad, limpieza, bufet variado... La piscina también está muy bien. La única pega es que no se entiende como funciona el aire acondicionado, la nevera de la habitación no enfría, así que para que la ponen, y el café del bufet es horrendo. Podrían poner una máquina de capsulas que ya las hay en otros hoteles. Lo demás genial.

Well presented hotel with friendly staff, great food selection and clean recently refurbished rooms. Great location 10 minutes walk from the beach, 10 mins walk to porta adventura and good public transport to Barcelona and Taragona. Indoor, outdoor and kiddies pools along with spa, sauna & gym facilities make this a ideal hotel for relaxation.

Hemos estado este fin de semana y a sido la primera vez, la verdad que para repetir, el hotel muy bonito todo muy limpio, la atención de recepción perfecta, la de la cafetería muy bien y el servicio del buffet y camareros maravilloso todos muy amables y por supuesto las señoras que arreglan la habitación que no hay que olvidarse de ellas también muy bien, vamos que en generalcomo ya e dicho para volver, y además hemos pillado dos noches con unos espectáculos muy chulos uno deQueen y otro de acrobacias que fue una pasada. Gracias por vuestra atención y hasta pronto.

Salou é um lugar incrível para se estar de férias. Este hotel é limpo, serve boas refeições tipo buffet self-service e fica a 5 minutos a pé da área da praia e do calçadão. O próprio hotel tem uma piscina externa que é decente em tamanho, mas não enorme, uma piscina coberta e área de ginástica, sauna, sauna a vapor e estúdio de ginástica. A piscina é muito pequena para nadar, mas a praia fica a poucos passos de distância e a água calma se você quiser nadar a distância. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, prestativos e acessíveis, com excelente inglês.

Salou is an amazing place to be on holiday. This hotel is clean, serves good buffet self- serve type meals and is a 5 minute walk to the beach area and promenade. The hotel itself has an outside pool which is decent in size but not massive, an indoor pool and gym area, sauna, steam room and exercise studio. The pool is too small for swimming laps but the beach is only a stone's throw away and the water calm if you want to get some distance swimming in. The staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable with excellent English.

Meu marido, filha (3 anos) e eu ficamos aqui em maio de 2022 por uma semana. Nós somos do Reino Unido. Depois de ler os comentários, estávamos um pouco apreensivos por ser mais um hotel de orientação espanhola. No entanto, todos os funcionários com quem falamos tinham um inglês brilhante, os anfitriões do clube infantil falavam vários idiomas, incluindo inglês muito bem. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel era adorável e limpo, comida muito saborosa e uma enorme variedade todas as noites. Sendo grávida e vegetariana, eu estava nervosa sobre o que poderia comer, no entanto, a cada noite havia uma seleção diferente de opções saborosas. As únicas desvantagens do hotel foram; as suítes nos quartos precisam de uma modernização, a piscina externa estava muito fria, o aquecedor da piscina interna estava quebrado no momento da nossa estadia, então também estava frio, e o serviço de jantar não começou até as 19h. ...o que para uma criança de 3 anos do Reino Unido foi extremamente tarde. Recomendo este hotel para famílias que desejam ficar em Salou.

My husband, daughter (3years old) and I stayed here May 2022 for a week. We are from the UK. Having read the reviews we were slightly apprehensive about it being more of a Spanish orientated hotel. However, all staff we spoke to had brilliant English, the kids club hosts spoke a number of languages including English really well. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean, food very tasty and a huge variety each night. Being pregnant and vegetarian I was nervous about what I would be able to eat, however each night there was a different selection of tasty options. The only downsides to the hotel were; the en-suites in the bedrooms are in need of a modernisation, the outdoor pool was very cold, the indoor pool heater was broken at the time of our stay so it was cold also, and the dinner service didn't start until 7pm....which for a 3 year old from the UK was extremely late. Would highly recommend this hotel to families wishing to stay in Salou.

Hemos estado este fin de semana pasado y el trato recibido a sido buenisimo, las habitaciones están de maravilla, la limpieza es muy muy buena y el bufet excelente, en el espectáculo del sábado nos dejaron subir a cantar una canción y lo pasamos genial. Todos los trabajadores con los que tratamos fueron súper amables. Totalmente recomendable, volveremos.

Hotel muy bueno y precioso, ya habíamos ido previamente antes de la pandemia. Después de la pandemia está todo igual menos la comida, ha empeorado bastante, antes era un factor muy destacable y ahora la calidad de la comida es más bien de un hotel de 3 estrellas, pero no está mal solo que comparando con antes hay mucha diferencia.

Hotel muy bueno, muy cerca de Port aventura, y un paseo de la playa. Las habitaciones muy bien lo único q solo había un enchufe, limpieza muy bien y Caja fuerte gratis. La comida no mucha variedad pero lo q había bueno. El personal muy amable, la piscina interior pequeña pero eran turnos de 40 minutos

Awesome hotel, Andres, Al and Mauricio from the kids club was amazing too and looked after the children in our group, which the mini disco was a particular highlight. Reception staff always very helpful even when we needed a screwdriver for a toy 🤣. This is our 2nd time at the hotel and already looking to when we will come back. Love Salou and lots to do!!!

Nos ha encantado el servicio, la atención del personal, camas cómodas, la comida bien( la gente no respeta la dirección en la que hay que ir para que no nos entorpezcamos). Al llegar a la habitación , habían pelos en la ducha y el suelo no estaba muy limpio. Aún así es cosa de la limpiadora, en general muy bien todo. Volveremos seguro

Caos total en el hotel!!! Limpiezade las habitaciones pésima, así como el estado del baño. Lamentable!!!!!Pedir en la bar de la planta baja era una odisea. Un solo barman para multitud de clientes. Mogollón de extranjeros, con una falta de educación que no veas. Nada de mascarillas, jugando con el balón en áreas comunes y gritos y mas gritos. Nadie del staff, repito, NADIE se molesto en hacer nada.El buffet a dejado mucho que desear. Aun me acuerdo de un pulpo ( o algo parecido ) que era incomestible. Los desayunos un caos, y el Domingo 17 de Abril fue un caos total. Todo un desastre, todo arrasado, no reponían y chicas de recepción haciendo un trabajo de recoger mesas sin tener muy claro como hacerlo.Una Semana Santa 2022 para olvidar. De verdad y lo digo con todo el corazón, muy mala experiencia.
