“Hotel seemed great on the outside. Room was very dark. Beds were extremely soft. Checked in on a Friday, that night there was a lot of door slamming on the floor. lasted several hours. On Saturday, advised the desk that I would be checking out that afternoon instead of Sunday, they stated no problem. Checked out about 5pm, was advised that I would be charged the additional night that I wasn't staying. I inquired why? I was advised that Housekeeping is now gone, and no one can service the room! I clearly stated that I spoke to desk early and they stated okay. At this point the clerk stated I'll give you half credit? I replied what other choice do I have. Clerk then stated any other problems and I advised her about the door slamming last night, she replied "did you call security", I stated no I did not know that I was supposed to call them. I was taken back by the poor costumer service that I received at check out, the women could not be bothered with any questions and seemed that she was doing me a favor by robbing me of my money! I planned on having a nice Sunday, Mother’s Day in Boston but that was taking away. Received an invoice from Hotel on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 10:18pm, which stated that I departed the hotel at 10:19pm, on May 8, 2021 which is inaccurate. At checked out 5pm. I asked for an invoice and was told by clerk it would be emailed. I leave at 5pm, and invoice states 10:19pm? I guess that way the Hotel justifies in charging me money for time I was never there!”

“Fantastic location! Even though they offer parking I was lucky to find street parking. The hotel is modern and clean. The view was spectacular from the 25th floor. The receptionist ladies were super nice and friendly. They gave me lots of good suggestions. The hotel bar is open if you just want to grab a drink or a light bite to eat. The room is spacious and light. The bathroom is modern and clean! The mattress on the bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the sheets nice and soft. The whole visit felt luxurious! Nice quality hotel! I had a very good time in the hotel! I highly recommend!”
