“I travel a lot and this was the worst experience I have had in Hilton hotel. I am a Hilton gold member. We first arrive at 11:20 am from a flight, we try to check in and they apparently don’t have a person that speaks English at the reception so they call someone from the restaurant. At 1:09 pm they increase the price from the reservation about 30 euros. Let me remind you that one of the people with me was sick and wanted to lay down, they wouldn’t give him a room key to lay down. It has been about 2 hours now trying to check in. After we settle everything, that made us carry all of our luggage. Apparently, they don’t have a bell boy in this Hilton. So be prepared. The hotel was not close to being full and they placed our rooms completely on the other side. Overall, it was the worst experience I have ever experienced in any hotel. Very disappointed with Hilton’s customer service. Won’t be returning and won’t recommend the hotel to anyone.”
