The front fest guy was overly loud and brown nosing. The pool was disgusting and a disgrace for the Hilton brand. The guest were allowed to have their pizza box dang near floating in the whirlpool. Those same guest were in the pool and whirlpool with regular tennis shoes on and staff was serving them, noticing it! I was the only person with a mask on and Florida residents have one of the highest cases of Covid19 in the country! The room wasn’t as clean as overtly expressed! Hilton has really lost its touch with modernization, cleanliness perception, and representation! I truly expected better as I’ve ALWAYS bragged and prided being a HH member!

Quarto era ok, mas eu achei a equipe e gerente geral para ser pouco profissional, inútil e rude. Eu viajo frequentemente com meus cães e decidi que, embora o Hilton tenha sinais por toda parte de que eles só querem que você seja feliz, essa não foi minha experiência. Quartos muito caro.

Room was ok but I found the staff and general manager to be unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. I travel frequently with my dogs and have decided that although Hilton has signs all over that they just want you to be happy, that was not my experience. Rooms very overpriced.

Os quartos estavam gastos, a comida era ridiculamente cara (US$ 18,97 para o buffet de café da manhã que servia menos itens do que o café da manhã de cortesia de um Holiday Inn Express), e os sistemas de climatização no quarto não removeram a umidade da Flórida. Meu quarto cheirava a mofo (uma indicação de mofo) e um anel de condensação na mesa de cabeceira de uma garrafa de água fria não secou por mais de 4 dias. Existem outras opções mais agradáveis na área para ficar.

The rooms were worn, food ridiculously overpriced ($18.97 for the breakfast buffet that served fewer items than a Holiday Inn Express' complimentary breakfast), and the HVAC systems in the room didn't remove the Florida humidity. My room smelled musty (an indication of mold) and a ring of condensation on the nightstand from a bottle of cold water didn't dry off for over 4 days. There are other nicer options in the area to stay at.

Check-in começou agradável com Ashley e eu estava esperando uma excelente estadia. Esta foi a minha 10ª estadia neste hotel. Agora o café da manhã era caro e eu paguei muito mesmo com desconto de diamante myway. A equipe do café da manhã foi rude com minha esposa e até ignorou e acredito porque ela é mexicana e não fala inglês muito bem. Os jatos na Jacuzzi não funcionam, então parece nojento quando outras pessoas entram. Duas vezes eles ficaram sem toalha limpa (eu não uso limpeza desde o COVID. Tudo o que peço toalhas limpas diariamente. Eles não oferecem lâmina ou escovas de dentes grátis apenas pasta de dente (eu preciso deles para me passar a noite desde que os deixamos) no hotel em Tampa) então, após 8 anos de vir a este hotel, esta é a minha última estadia.PS, o GM e o AGM estão cientes dos meus problemas e se recusam a ajudar. Isso inclui uma cobrança de US $ 150 em roupas danificadas que eles (Ana) disseram que enviariam por e-mail a “evidência”, mas são 5 dias depois que eu saí e nada para apoiar a cobrança.

Check in started nice with Ashley and I was hoping for a great stay. This was my 10th or so stay at this hotel.Now the breakfast was overpriced and I paid a lot even with myway diamond discount. The breakfast staff was rude to my wife and even ignored and I do believe because she is Mexican and doesn’t speak English very well.The jets in the Jacuzzi don’t work so it does feel gross when other people enter. Twice they ran out of clean towel (I don’t use housekeeping since COVID. All I ask for clean towels daily.They don’t offer free razor or toothbrushes only toothpaste (I need them to get me through the night since we left them at the hotel in Tampa) so after 8 years of coming to this hotel this is my last stay.PS the GM and AGM are aware of my issues and refuses to help. That includes $150 charge on damage linen that they (Ana) said would email the “evidence” but it is 5 days after I left and nothing to support the charge.

Recentemente, fiquei aqui por 3 noites. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência. O quarto era muito espaçoso, bonito e limpo. A equipe foi super simpática e prestativa. O servidor do restaurante foi acima e além para encontrar a minha namorada o que ela queria e a comida estava deliciosa. Gostei muito da banheira de hidromassagem .. Pelo preço é imbatível. Sempre que estou em lakeland, a pousada do jardim será minha escolha. Eu dei uma avaliação de 4 estrelas porque enquanto quase tudo estava perfeito minha única reclamação era que a cafeteira não estava limpa, eu escolhi ir à loja para comprar um café, no entanto, sei que eles ficam super ocupados e têm muito para acompanhar. certeza de que este foi um incidente isolado. Se você deseja luxo de qualidade e excelente atendimento ao cliente a um preço imbatível, a garden inn é o lugar certo.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall it was a great experience. The room was very spacious, nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The server at the restaurant went above and beyond to find my girlfriend what she wanted and the food was delicious. I very much enjoyed the hot tub.. For the price you can't beat it. Anytime I'm in lakeland the garden inn will be my go to choice. I gave a 4 star rating because while almost everything was perfect my only complaint was the coffee maker wasn't clean, I chose to go to the store for coffee, however I know they stay super busy and have alot to keep up with so im sure this was an isolated incident. If you want luxury quality and excellent customer service at an unbeatable price, then the garden inn is the place to go.

Se você estiver hospedado na área de Lakeland, recomendo o Hilton Garden Inn. É decentemente perto de quase tudo que você poderia desejar, mas o verdadeiro destaque é a equipe. Você não poderia encontrar uma equipe melhor, mais acolhedora e trabalhadora como eles têm neste hotel. Eu estive na área por cinco semanas em uma designação de curto prazo para o trabalho e essas pessoas fizeram voltar ao hotel como voltar para casa. Da recepção à arrumação, aos bartenders e cozinheiros, essas pessoas realmente fazem o que podem para tornar sua estadia confortável.Eles também têm uma piscina aquecida incrível e os melhores hambúrgueres ao redor.

If you’re staying in the Lakeland area I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn. It’s decently close to most anything you could want, but the true highlight is the staff. You could not find a nicer, more welcoming, and hard working staff as they have at this hotel. I was in the area for five weeks on short term assignment for work and these folks made coming back to the hotel like coming home. From the front desk, to housekeeping , to the bartenders and cooks, these folks really do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable. Also they have an awesome heated pool and the best burgers around.
