“Everything was exceptional!! I was there for dental surgery and couldn't have been treated any better! Kayla was our housekeeper most days and I felt like a VIP!! She anticipated our every need. The transportation to and from the airport was outstanding!! I can't wait to return!! The front desk was great as well!”

“This is my 2nd stay at this hotel due to the tour that I’m on is staying here. The front desk is consistently condescending and rude. It’s absolutely unnecessary to exhibit this behavior. If you don’t like your job go elsewhere. Other hotels under the Hilton brand are not this consistently awful and they typically display excellent service. Being condescending only makes you appear cheap and childish. I would recommend staying elsewhere.”
