“We've been to the Hilton Osaka many times. It's an excellent hotel and is exceptionally located. The rooms are nice. The service is excellent. Just be aware if the hotel is crowded, it's going to be crowded everywhere. Be ready to wait and be assertive at the buffets. There are plenty of families with kids. So be happy or warned depending on your perspective. Good luck!”

“We had an amazing stay at the Hilton. The staff was really nice and helpful. It was close to the Osaka Station so gave us easy access to the trains and buses to explore Osaka easily. The room was clean and spacious and we had a nice view of the city. We also ordered room service and the food was delicious. There's also a smoking lounge available on the third floor (this is important for smokers since the entire city is smoke-free except for set locations)”
