“Me alojé aquí el 19/02/2022, reservando con puntos. Registrado con la aplicación. A pesar de que me había registrado, cancelaron mi reserva antes de mi llegada al hotel. Se negó a permitirme usar los puntos que ya habían tomado y me exigió que pagara una SEGUNDA vez. Después de esperar durante más de 30 minutos, finalmente pude hablar con alguien que dijo que me respondería de inmediato durante el horario comercial, esto aún no ha sucedido y todavía he pagado 2 noches. Menos mal que revisé mi aplicación, porque me reservaron una noche diferente después de todo este fiasco, por lo que estoy seguro de que estaban más que dispuestos a cobrarme. Además de esto, el Wi-Fi no se agregó a mi cuenta (la nueva forma de iniciar sesión requiere asociación a su Cuenta Honors). Y para colmo, no me dieron mi botella de agua gratis. Poner fin a mi asociación con Hilton después de usarlos exclusivamente durante años, tanto a nivel profesional como personal.”

“Stayed here 02/19/2022, booking with points. Checked in with the app. Even though I had checked in, they cancelled my reservation prior to my arrival at the hotel. Refused to allow me to use the points they had already taken, and required me to pay a SECOND time. After on hold for over 30 minutes finally was able to speak to someone who said they would get back to me immediately during business hours, this has yet to happen and I have still paid for 2 nights. Good thing I checked my app, because they booked me a different night after this entire fiasco which I'm sure they were more than willing to charge me for. In addition to this, the Wi-Fi wasn't added to my account (new way of logging in requires association to your Honors Account). And to top it all off, they wouldn't give me my free bottle of water. Ending my association with Hilton after exclusively using them for years, both professionally and personally.”
