“-Stayed here before going to the island for our cruise. Reserved a handicap room but there were none available. The room was cleanish, it needed to be re-mopped as the tile by the door and in the bathroom was sticky, and re-vacuumed as there was little pieces of trash on the floor. Other than that it’s quiet and in a decent location. Maybe the hotel next door would have been better since we didn’t need an extended stay.”

“It was very terrible, the rooms was dirty, had to change and make our own beds upon checking in after entering our rooms. The bathroom was dirty and had hair in the shower and around the tolet. Slept with no comforters for two of the four days my grandchildren was miserable at night . Made a complaint the first day within 10 minutes of arrival and entering the room and till we checkout we still wasn’t able to talk to a manager not did they try to reach out and talk to us about our issues we was having. We felt as if they was avoiding us instead of offering up a apology or to help correct out on the spot.”
