I stayed here for a work trip and was very pleased with my stay. The rooms were updated and spacious. I was super impressed with their gym which was well kept, updated, clean and had a peloton. Really nice amenity. My only gripe was that the day I was supposed to check out I got multiple loud knocks on my door at 7:30 am. When I get up it was someone from housekeeping apologizing. While I was annoyed to be up that early when checkout was at 11, I easily went back to sleep. When I did check out, I asked the front desk if there was an issue with my room. They said that sometimes people don’t check out, so they knock and see if anyone is in the room so they can start cleaning it. Not really a great system as people might get mad about being woken up that early when checkout is hours later. Fiquei super impressionado com a academia deles que era bem conservada, atualizada, limpa e tinha pelotão. Amenidade realmente agradável. Minha única reclamação foi que, no dia em que deveria fazer o check-out, recebi várias batidas fortes na minha porta às 7h30. Quando me levantei, era alguém da limpeza se desculpando. Checked into the hotel for one night and staff was nice.They allowed us a late checkout the next day.Looks like they are upgrading rooms. We were on 2nd floor and they have changed out the floors, bathrooms need upgrading for sure.Nice lobby decorated for the holidays and good breakfast, many options to choose from to include huge bagels.Outdoor area looks like it would be nice in the spring and summer, small putting green and bbq areas.Would stay here again. The hotel is being renovated. This should not be bad news. The construction work starts at 07.00AM (if not earlier). This is shocking. and certainly not good news All reception could say is that they were sorry (although not as sorry as I was for being there). I eventually talked to the manager who apologised and told me there is nothing he can do as the owners have imposed this stupidly ridiculous schedule. You can believe this his statement or not. I know I didn't.The ("renovated") rooms include the noisiest air con system the East Coast, the most annoying self filling WC (every minute), a TV set that only offers one channel and... you are also blessed with having your room serviced every FOUR days (still following COVID19 protocols and trying to get away with it)This hotel does not have a bar/restaurant, which adds to the soulless feel throughout.Having said all of this, the lady in charge of breakfast was very nice, and the breakfast on offer is fairly decent, yet served in plastic plates/cutlery and cups... (It may be time to think of the planet and start using sensible materials?)Would I go back? I guess that in the event of a zombie apocalypse I wouldn't really care but in the meantime, if I'm ever back, that will be because there were no other options in a 5 mile radius.Finally, I'd like to say thank you yet, I'm afraid there are no reasons to thank the management/owners. Literalmente como se alguém começasse a se mudar para uma casa e ainda estivesse desfazendo as malas. O café da manhã foi ok, mas por que não café ou água o dia todo? Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e de primeira qualidade. A movimentação de móveis durante todo o dia e o barulho geral não eram propícios ao descanso. Esta foi a minha segunda e última vez no Homewood Suites.

The place is clean and quiet. The breakfast was good they served eggs with cheese, sausage Pattie’s, hash browns, French toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. The happy hour was basically potato chips and pretzels. But the rooms are humongous and a nice suite. Great location next to the mall O quarto parece exatamente com as suítes da embaixada. Very disappointing. Pool closed when we arrived. Was told it was closed for mechanical service. When we looked inside it was filthy. And no sign of repair. Smoking in courtyard. Drinking. Dining area smelled of smoke. Worst was room was not clean. Garbage on floor in and outside of bathroom. Told no cleaning of room without request. We requested a simple room cleaning three times which I asked at checkin, the next morning and when it wasn’t done at 7:30 pm when I returned to the room I had to ask again. I simply asked for towels! Or whatever cleaning I could get. See pic. None of the “complimentary” services were received.Even getting towels took three times to ask and they said there was a shift change and mornings were too busy to handle the request. The room we had was very expensive for the services we “received”.I think the worst was the dead rat on the roof we saw looking out our window. And the spiders in the room on the bed pillows. I guess that’s all you need to know. Muy decepcionante. Piscina cerrada cuando llegamos. Me dijeron que estaba cerrado por servicio mecánico. Cuando miramos por dentro estaba sucio. Y sin señales de reparación. Fumar en el patio. Bebiendo. El comedor olía a humo. Lo peor fue que la habitación no estaba limpia. Basura en el piso dentro y fuera del baño. Dijo que no había limpieza de la habitación sin solicitud. Solicitamos una limpieza simple de la habitación tres veces que pedí en el check-in, a la mañana siguiente y cuando no se hizo a las 7:30 p.m. cuando regresé a la habitación, tuve que volver a preguntar. ¡Simplemente pedí toallas! O cualquier limpieza que pudiera conseguir. Ver foto. No se recibió ninguno de los servicios “gratuitos”. Incluso obtener toallas tomó tres veces para pedir y dijeron que había un cambio de turno y que las mañanas estaban demasiado ocupadas para manejar la solicitud. La habitación que teníamos era muy cara para los servicios que “recibimos”. Creo que lo peor fue la rata muerta en el techo que vimos mirando por nuestra ventana. E nenhum sinal de reparo. Fumar no pátio. Bebendo. A área de jantar cheirava a fumaça. O pior foi o quarto não estava limpo. Lixo no chão dentro e fora do banheiro. Disse nenhuma limpeza de quarto sem pedido. Solicitamos uma limpeza simples do quarto três vezes que solicitei no check-in, na manhã seguinte e quando não foi feito às 19h30 quando voltei ao quarto tive que pedir novamente. Eu simplesmente pedi toalhas! Ou qualquer limpeza que eu pudesse fazer. Veja foto. Nenhum dos serviços “cortesia” foi recebido. Mesmo recebendo toalhas levou três vezes para pedir e eles disseram que havia uma mudança de turno e as manhãs estavam muito ocupadas para lidar com o pedido. O quarto que tínhamos era muito caro para os serviços que “recebemos”. Acho que o pior foi o rato morto no telhado que vimos olhando pela janela. E as aranhas no quarto nas almofadas da cama. Acho que isso é tudo que você precisa saber.
