Pergunte sobre a piscina porque está listada como piscina aberta. A recepção declarou "Piscina não aberta." Isso deve ser listado no site sem piscina.

Five star accommodations, four-star value ... I was given a truly spacious, comfortable and well-stocked room (with one exception -- one tiny pair of shampoo / conditioner bottles, necessitating a trip to the lobby to get more).The hotel is conveniently located off I-81 and offered a decent breakfast and good front desk service.One sour note: While it didn't affect my one-night stay, room cleaning and servicing takes place every four days.At a total price exceeding $200 for a off-the-highway hotel, I would consider that a rather lousy value.

hospedado aqui para uma parada noturna em uma longa viagem de carro. Hotel era muito bom! Era perto da estrada sem estar ao lado dela, então não havia ruídos da estrada. O quarto em que ficamos tinha 2 quartos e 2 banheiros, além de uma grande cozinha que foi maravilhoso para nós 3 que ficamos no quarto. Café-da-manhã tinha uma grande variedade de itens, no entanto, definitivamente recomendo que eles obtenham uma segunda máquina de waffles para ajudar com a espera. Além disso, eles também têm uma lavanderia para hóspedes, o que foi muito útil porque tínhamos muita roupa para lavar em nossa viagem. Eu recomendaria que eles instalassem mais máquinas de gelo em cada andar, o único que encontramos ficava no nível 1 do outro lado do hotel.

Me alojé aquí para una parada de una noche en un viaje por carretera de larga distancia. ¡El hotel fue muy agradable! Estaba cerca de la autopista sin estar justo al lado, por lo que no había ruidos de la carretera. El hotel estaba cerca de muchos buenos restaurantes y tiendas. El hotel y las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y actualizadas. La habitación en la que nos alojamos tenía 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, además de una gran cocina que fue maravillosa para los 3 que nos quedamos en la habitación. El desayuno tenía una gran variedad de artículos, sin embargo, definitivamente recomendaría que obtengan una segunda máquina para hacer gofres para ayudar con la espera. Como ventaja, también tienen una lavandería para huéspedes que fue muy útil porque teníamos mucha ropa que lavar de nuestro viaje. Recomendaría que instalaran más máquinas de hielo en cada piso también, la única que pudimos encontrar fue en el nivel 1 al otro lado del hotel.

The staff accusedus of stealing because we asked for a roll of toilet paper from a cart with a house keeper there... she replied for us to take it. Also the manager (Stephanie) continuouslyhung up on me when trying to explain situation and when I asked for corporate number she refused to give it to me.

Stayed here for an overnight stop on a long distance road trip. Hotel was very nice! It was close to the highway without being right beside it so there was no road noises. The hotel was close to many nice restaurants and shops. The hotel and rooms were very clean and updated. The room we stayed in had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a great kitchen which was wonderful for the 3 of us that stayed in the room. Breakfast had a great assortment of items, however would definitely recommend that they get a second waffle maker to help with the wait. As a plus they also have a guest laundry which was really helpful because we had a lot of laundry to do from our trip. I would recommend that they install more ice makers on each floor as well, the only one we could find was on level 1 on the other side of the hotel.

When I got to my room I noted ALL cabinet doors open. Looked on bed it has bed bugs visible on bed. Changed room immediately! Ask about pool because it is listed as open pool. Front desk stated "Pool not open." That should be listed in website no pool.

Perto da rodovia. Quarto estava perfeitamente limpo. Ponta do chapéu para a equipe de limpeza. Mark estava trabalhando na mesa e foi ótimo. Levou seu tempo e foi além para me fazer sentir bem-vindo. Isso nunca aconteceu comigo antes, mas cerca de 20 minutos depois que eu fiz o check-in, ele me enviou uma mensagem perguntando sobre o quarto e eu estava satisfeito com isso. Agora isso é serviço. Espero que a gerência reconheça seus esforços e avance. Se você está procurando uma equipe limpa e amigável, definitivamente fique aqui.

Cerca de la autopista. La habitación estaba perfectamente limpia. Punta del sombrero para el personal de limpieza. Mark estaba trabajando en el escritorio y fue genial. Se tomó su tiempo y fue más allá para hacerme sentir bienvenido. Esto nunca me había pasado antes, pero unos 20 minutos después de registrarme, me envió un mensaje preguntándome sobre la habitación y si estaba satisfecho con ella. Ahora eso es servicio. Esperemos que la gerencia reconozca sus esfuerzos y se intensifique. Si buscas un personal limpio y amable, definitivamente quédate aquí.

Close to hiway. Room was perfectly cleaned. Tip of the hat to cleaning staff. Mark was working the desk and was great. Took his time and went beyond to make me feel welcome. This has never happened to me before but about 20 min after I checked in he messaged me asking about the room and was I satisfied with it. Now that's service. Hopefully management recognize his efforts and steps up. If your looking for clean and Friendly staff definitely stay here.

Não ficou impressionado. O hotel estava bastante vazio, mas nos foi atribuído um quarto para deficientes físicos na extremidade que não era muito grande. Tínhamos reservado através do nosso portal de reservas captial e atribuído no check-in. Se o hotel estivesse mais ocupado, eu entenderia, mas era uma cidade fantasma. Além disso, eles realmente economizam em xampu e outras coisas e, se você ficar por um tempo prolongado, precisará ligar para a limpeza.É à direita da 81 e perto de um shopping, então isso é uma vantagem. No estaba impresionado. El hotel estaba bastante vacío, pero nos asignaron una habitación para discapacitados en el otro extremo que no era muy grande. Habíamos reservado a través de nuestro portal de reservas de captial ones y asignado al momento del check in en la habitación. Si el hotel hubiera estado más ocupado, lo entendería, pero era un pueblo fantasma. Además, realmente escatiman en champú y esas cosas, y si te quedas por un tiempo prolongado, debes llamar para que lo limpien.Está justo a la salida de la 81 y cerca de un centro comercial, por lo que es una ventaja. El hotel estaba mayormente limpio. No vi nada de la cena del gerente de bienvenida, pero el desayuno era un 4/5.

Wasn't impressed. The hotel was fairly empty but we were assigned a handicap room at the far end that wasn't very big. We had booked via our captial ones booking portal an assigned at check in room. Had the hotel been more busy I'd understand but it was a ghost town. Also they really skimp on shampoo and stuff and if you stay for an extended time you have to call for cleaning. It is right off 81 and near a mall, so that's a plus. The hotel was mostly clean. Didn't see any welcome manager dinner thing but breakfast was a 4/5.
