Terrible customer service from Kim and Lupe. Elevator broke with toddler trapped inside for half an hour. Almost missed return flight because of this issue. No refund provided except late checkout. They said they weren't able to give a refund because we booked with a 3rd party, then fought the company we booked through later to refuse us a refund. TV and wifi weren't working on our first stay. Shower floor mat had blood on it. Rooms and parking were overpriced. Breakfast was good. Overall, rooms and hallways felt clean. Shuttle service was okay. Front desk takes forever to answer phones and then puts you on hold for a long time. Would not recommend staying here. Atendimento ao cliente terrível de Kim e Lupe. Thecustomer service was outstanding, but the hotel rooms was kind of dated no trash bags in the trash cans it left a dirty sheet inside the convertible couch bed. I've stayed at this hotel regularly a few times per year and unfortunately it's been going downhill. The good, great bartender Luis, close to airport, easy garage parking. Unfortunately, food quality has been going down, rooms are not kept up to standard. Had to request a couple times to front desk by phone ask for soap to the front desk (because no shampoo, bar soap, etc when I checked in) before going down. Last the AC; this works on a motion sensor. So while sleeping had it at 72, but would creep up to 78 wake me up and when I moved would turn back on.I know this is an eco standard nowadays, but every other hotel can set it to stay on at night.Also poor luck with shuttle when not parking here. We're still recovering from covid so hope this location improves. I've se hospedaram no hotel regularmente algumas vezes por ano e, infelizmente, foi downhill. O bom, ótimo barman Luis, perto do aeroporto, estacionamento fácil na garagem. Infelizmente, a qualidade dos alimentos está caindo, os quartos não são mantidos no padrão. Tive que solicitar algumas vezes a recepção por telefone, pedir sabonete na recepção (porque não havia xampu, sabonete em barra, etc. quando fiz o check-in) antes de descer. Por último o AC; isso funciona em um sensor de movimento. Então, enquanto dormia tinha 72, mas rastejava até 78 me acordava e quando eu me mudava ligava novamente. Eu sei que isso é um padrão ecológico hoje em dia, mas qualquer outro hotel pode configurá-lo para ficar à noite. Também má sorte com transporte quando não estacionar aqui. Ainda estamos nos recuperando do covid, então espero que essa localização melhore.

Honestly, this place is great. I have no idea why it doesn’t have five stars. Join the Hilton honors before staying at it in the Hilton hotel. It’s free. You earn points towards a free hotel stay. And you can use your phone to check in and pick a room and it will act as your room key. Some Hilton Hotels are aging and not looking so hot, however this place was great. All I was looking for was a quiet place to go to sleep. It was clean & well appointed. The corner rooms are especially nice. If you get on that Hilton rewards you can pick for yourself a corner room. Les falta mejorar la atención al cliente, desde que llegas a recepción parece que te están regalando las cosas, aunque por fuera es un edificio moderno, por dentro le falta remodelación, los baños de las habitaciones parecen de hospital.

I would give this hotel a solid 4 stars as airport hotel. I really appreciate the breakfast, room size (with kitchenette and full size fridge if you need to stay for more than just a night), and free shuttle to the airport. The gym is ok too, for an airport hotel: 3 treadmills, an elliptical machine, a bike, 8-12 lbs medicine balls, dumbbells from 10-50lbs, and a weight machine you can do pull ups on. I went once in the evening and once in the morning and no one was there.The big reason I gave this hotel 4 instead of 5 stars is the confusion with Diamond status benefits. When I checked in, the woman told me the only benefit was breakfast, which I questioned since everyone gets breakfast at Homewood Suites. A manager (I presume) jumped in and assured me I get $18 food credit as well, and gave me my check-in waters. Perhaps not surprisingly, my final bill did not include the $18 credit for the food I got at the shop, which I questioned upon checkout. Again, a (different) woman said I don't get any additional benefits since breakfast was provided. I explained what the manager told me, and she promptly fixed it.Overall, I enjoyed my stay for an overnight layover, but it's still unclear to me what the benefit is supposed to be. I recommend verifying before booking. With so many options available near the airport, I want to make sure I'm getting the best available.

Parking is nice. Rooms are very spacious. Room had a weird smell upon checkin. Windows are FILTHY, can’t even see out of them. Laundry is trash because there’s only 2 washers that actually work. Wi-Fi is garbage. Staff is mediocre at best. So glad i will be transferring to Marriott for the rest of my work visit.

This hotel is awesome! For starters, parking is in the back of the hotel, its inside the parking garage, it may not look like it belongs to the hotel but they do share it with a different company. You have to sign in first and pay for parking at the front desk and they give you a card to get in and out of the parking garage. There is lots of parking at all times so do not worry about space. The hotel itself is very clean and quite and doesnt stink. It's very professional and looks high class and its very fancy and clean. The rooms are very spacious and have a kitchen and a great view. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and a great stay! Este hotel é incrível! Toda la parte infraestructura del edificio y decoración bien, sillón cama se sentían los fierritos en la espalda. No había cubiertos para 4 ni papel absorbente en la cocina fui a pedir y no tenían. Estacionamiento costoso no volvería en cambio al de San Diego si volvería.

Classificação baixa para a experiência. Estávamos exaustos de viajar e pedimos um check-in antecipado e queríamos entrar no quarto. Como parte do programa Hilton Honors, este hotel não aceita check-in antecipado sem taxas superestimadas. Já viajamos para muitas outras cidades grandes antes e não pagamos essa taxa. O layout da sala é self was nice. Nós tivemos que ir e higienizar atrás de limpeza. Havia manchas sujas ao redor da sala que vimos, bem como suprimentos de festa pendurados no teto. Além disso, quando minha esposa e eu olhamos pela janela do hotel, as janelas estavam extremamente sujas. A cama era tão desconfortável e dura como um tijolo !!! Nós dois tivemos dores nas costas horríveis por alguns dias. O edredom tinha aparência amarela, já que tinha sido branqueado várias vezes. Eu não entendo porque eles simplesmente não colocaram uma nova coberta na cama. Também não descansamos muito, considerando o fato de que ouvimos tráfego pesado a noite toda. Ao tentar expressar nossas preocupações com a recepção, ela nos dispensou. Tão imprudente e pouco profissional !!! A experiência neste hotel não resistiu ao padrão do Hilton Honors. Não ficaremos hospedados em outras suítes Homewood by Hilton.

Yaaaaassssss! Stayed here for a work trip, and it was fabulous! I really enjoyed my room, and was blessed to get upgraded to the concierge suite. It was nice... great food, and drinks! And I have to mentioned the beds. It was like sleeping on a cloud- just wonderful!

Low rating for the experience. We were exhausted from traveling and asked for an early check-in and wanted to get in the room. As a part of the Hilton Honors program this hotel does not honor early check in without and overrated fee. We have traveled to many other big cities before and not be charge that fee. The layout of the room is self was nice. We did have to go and sanitize behind housekeeping. There were dirty spots around the room that we saw as well as party supplies left hanging from the ceiling. Also, when my wife and I looked out the window of the hotel the windows were extremely dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard as a brick!!! We both had horrible back aches for a few days. The down comforter was yellow-looked as it had been bleached a number of times. I don’t understand why they just didn’t put a new cover on the bed. We also didn’t get much rest considering the fact the we heard heavy traffic all night long. When trying to express our concerns with the front desk she brushed us off. So inconsiderate and unprofessional!!! The experience at this hotel did not stand up to the Hilton Honors standard. We will not be staying at another Homewood suites by Hilton.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The pool deck was awesome. The buffet was more than adequate and delicious It was great that there was a coupon for discounted breakfast. We requested an extra blanket, and it was granted right away, my son and nieces also enjoyed the shortcut going to the festival mall. The room smelled great, with no unfavorable odor, which is a commendable factor. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Clean and safe. Need room key to get on elevators. $40 parking, use room key and out privileges. No valet. But apparently, you can ask for a 3pm checkout and stay until 4pm. The staff here sucks and they dont enforce anything. We stayed here for 20+ days and had to beg for housekeeping. They say they provide housekeeping every 7 days...yea right. #joke

Bem próximo ao LAX airport, tem shuffle gratuito, quartos limpos, camas deliciosas e habitações muito confortáveis e silenciosas. Tudo impecável! Café da manhã excelente. Perfeito para quem ficará apenas uma noite. Não é o mais barato da região, mas é um dos melhores. Não é adequado para quem quer desfrutar Los Angeles pois fica longe das principais atrações. Voltaríamos com certeza.

This was a pleasant surprise!! Coming into LA for the night for business practically every other hotel was fully booked. I was a bit worried about this place initially because it was right next to the airport but was happy with my experience. They have an airport shuttle running throughout the night which is a really nice service. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully renovated. Nice modern appliances and a lot of space. Really makes you feel that you aren't just in a hotel. Decent fitness center, could have some more equipment but it had the basics. Breakfast was nice with good service. I would recommend this as a good place to stay in LA.
