“Aiirved early and was informed that we could check in early for an extra fee. I've never had to pay for early chek-in before.The first room we got didn't have a working AC, the second had a leaking toilet, the third rooom was up to standard.When we got back to the room on the second day, we noticed that the room hadn't been cleaned, the towels hadn't been changed, and there was no refill of toilet paper. When I called the reception I was informed that I should have asked for those services the day before, since it was not standard at this hotel. After a few minutes of arguing I finally got them to send up fresh towels and a new roll of toilet paper. Initially the refused even that basic service.It's amazing that Scandic themself rate this as a 4* hotel.”
