Bom hotel, mas a localização do google maps não reflete a localização real do hotel, o hotel é realmente adjacente ao PF Chang's e TGI Friday's perto da intersecção da 1 Avenida e da 12 Calle. É melhor parar na frente e dizer à segurança que você acabou de fazer o check-in antes de procurar estacionamento. Se você usar mapas para ir para onde o hotel mostra, leva cerca de um quarteirão de distância, perto de alguns estacionamentos escassos. Tive que ligar para o hotel para obter instruções. Ótimos quartos e um bar incrível na cobertura, perto de quase todos os lugares que você poderia querer ir na zona 10

Nice hotel, but the google maps location does not reflect the actual location of hotel, the hotel is really adjacent to PF Chang’s and TGI Friday’s near 1 Avenida and 12 Calle intersection. It’s better to pull up front and tell security your just checking in before looking for parking. If you use maps to go to where the hotel shows it takes you about a block away near some scetchy parking lots. Had to call hotel for directions. Great rooms and awesome roof top bar, close to nearly every place you could want to go in zona 10

Excelente lugar, las amenidades, la habitacion, la comodidad espectacular, la atencion del personal 100 puntos, los protocolos de salubridad excelente, se siente una super tranquilo. La pisicina en la terraza con esa vista de la ciudad de lujo. Solo si eres fumador si considerarlo si no puedes aguantar evitar el cigarrito ya que no se permite fumar en el hotel, solo afuera del vestibulo.

The service is the best and I mean the best top of the line services the rooms were amazing and the bar area had amazing views of the city the staff and the attentive to details was fenomenal I will be back again I also enjoy the dining the food had soul flavor

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, next to a nice mall with great restaurants - in a very safe area, Zone 10, in Guatemala City, where many restaurants and stores are close by. Heated, rooftop pool is very nice, rooms are beautiful.Hotel and rooms are gorgeously designed - modern but touches of Guatemalan culture, colors and decor

Comfortable stay in the center of Guatemala City. The hotel is quite close from the airport - 10 minutes without traffic. The hotel is modern, simple and ideal for the business traveler. The room is relatively spacious and clean. It has decent amenities including slippers. The only thing that could have made my stay better was bathtub. My friend who stayed in another room told me he had one. The breakfast is very nice - better than most of the hotels I stayed in Central America. The bar located at the rooftop was also very nice - with lively atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. Highly recommended.
