“Was scheduled for a room cleaning and was gone for over 8 hours. Upon return, it was not cleaned. Front desk suggested I go out and eat. I paid money for a room to be well kept, and he told me to leave after a long day of work. Obviously, my interests did not match with expectations and it rubbed me the wrong way. Could not sit in the lobby because of Covid rules while waiting. Forced to sit outside in the 90 degree sun until they were done. Did I mention that the umbrella tables by the pool also didn't work? Would not fully recommend this place until improvements are made.”

“This hotel is poorly managed. Let me preface this with the fact that Covid has given hotels free reign to provide poor customer service. This hotel has all chairs and tables in the lobby stacked so as you are unable to sit anywhere (even while wearing a mask). I travel all over the Country and this is the one and only hotel I've observed doing this. I asked the Costomer Service Rep if I could take a chair outside to sit and eat my breakfast they provided. He hesitated and said no, there was a bench outside. It was in the rain. The room temp was erratic... could not get it to cool down. Save yourself a miserable night stay and find a more suitable hotel. These people absolutely do not care about customer satisfaction.”
