“Quick Summary
Not the most attractive Hyatt Regency for its exterior. Service was very lackluster and it gave off a motel sort of vibe
Room- 3 stars
The room was relatively clean and was actually quite large and comes with a balcony. However, did not enjoy the lack of a glass door on the shower, which appears to be a Hyatt feature (just way too much draft when you're showering). The hotel just felt like a previous motel that they renovated. There was plenty of parking but it didn't give a pristine vibe that most Hyatt Regencys give.
Service- 1 star
This was one of the worst hotel staffs I have ever encountered. They were strict with their water bottle rules and only limited 2 water bottles per a night (and they didn't even have a water filling station!). Despite using the phones and text services, it would take 1.5-2 hours just to get anything. They even declined giving us extra water bottles!! And they were the cheap Nestle waters too!
Bottom Line
It's probably the worst Hyatt I have been in. The rooms were large, but the service provided was one of the worst I have seen at a hotel. I have no idea how this place is a category 4 because it really was category 1-2 standards”
