“Beautiful room, gorgeous and duet spacious bathroom with open floor plan. The bathtub was so inviting that this non bath taker had to bubble bath before dancing around the wide open shower. I almost forgot I had to to anything else with my life and realized I had been in there over 2 hours. The staff was so friendly and eager to help with any task and without the least amount of resistance. This locations staff has a great attitude towards service and assistance. That only leads me to believe that the management has an outstanding level of appreciation and respect for it's employees. How much a company values it's staff measures their success in carrying out their mission and excellence. Don't forget the quality of service you provide to the your customers is a mere reflection of the value you place in your people.”

“Nossa estadia foi boa. Tivemos uma pequena situação de banheiro que foi resolvida imediatamente e fez a nossa noite de estadia melhor. O motivo para as duas estrelas foi, na verdade, no final da nossa estadia. Sherry no posto de manobrista foi incrivelmente rude !! Ficamos do lado de fora por cerca de 40 minutos e não vimos nosso carro. Ela nunca nos disse se uma situação estava acontecendo. Era uma família de 5 pessoas com 3 crianças do lado de fora. Quando finalmente perguntei a ela sobre isso, ela encolheu os ombros e voltou a contar os recibos. A experiência com ela foi definitivamente desagradável e diferente das pessoas agradáveis dentro do hotel. Talvez ela estivesse com calor lá fora ... quem sabe? Mas sua atitude deixou um gosto ruim em nossas bocas.”
