NO coffee pot in room.

This was a nice hotel. The shades blacked out the daylight. The light switches were in the perfect spots. The room was just the right size. The peephole was even covered. Coffee in the lobby 24/7. Every cup is fresh ground and brewed.

If I could give this hotel a negative 5 star review it still would not be enough. I reserved a room in August of 2021 for a stay in October 2021. This was a surprise getaway for my wife and a friend of hers for some much needed rest for two moms. Upon arrival at the hotel, the people in front of them were complaining about hair and dirty sheets. I guess this should have been a clue. A man named Jason was at the front desk wearing no identification and athletic pants. He informed them that because they were from the same county (Lancaster) that they were not allowed to stay at the hotel. My wife thought he was joking…he was not. So, they stood in the lobby of the hotel waiting for a manger to arrive (according to Jason). Thirty minutes later, no manager. My wife called me to inform me of the frustration and I proceeded to call the front desk. Expressing my frustration to Jason, he talked over me, blamed the “rules,” and told me that no manager was available to discuss the matter before hanging up on me. Needless to say, my wife and her friend moved on but not before wasting half an hour of time and having to emergency search for another hotel on a Friday night in a busy area. The hotel had my reservation for 2 months and if such a “rule” exists, never took the time to review my reservation and/or let me know of the potential conflict. I doubt a rule actually exists because I reviewed the hotel website and there was no publication of any such rule. Oh and to top it all off, when my wife asked for a refund at the desk, Jason was unable to provide it. So shout out to Jason! Congrats man, you’ve made life long anti-customers of two families that literally live 20 minutes from your hotel.

A friend and I stayed in Avid Hotel from Oct. 14 to Oct. 18. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Jason checked us in, and he was delightful. He suggested various restaurants and places to visit in area. The hotel was clean and all members of the staff were pleasant. The continental breakfast was nice and items were replenished promptly. There is a heated indoor pool and a gym. I plan to stay here whenever I return, and highly recommend Avid Hotel.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable. We had some problems with our shower, but it was taken care of. Nice continental breakfast.Very friendly people, especially the hostess at the front desk.

Fiquei aqui na semana passada por 3 noites, eu nunca tinha ouvido falar desta rede de hotéis até que reservamos, então não tinha certeza do que esperar e sou exigente sobre onde ficar. Fiquei muito impressionado. Ele estava em uma ótima localização perto de restaurantes e lojas, os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, os funcionários estavam constantemente limpando as coisas e usavam máscaras que eu aprecio, o quarto era limpo, decente para o café da manhã, amei a máquina de café e chá 24 horas. A única coisa que me incomodou foi que os hóspedes não usassem suas máscaras nas áreas comuns, como elevador, área de café da manhã / lounge, pois as placas indicaram que gostariam que fosse mais reforçado, mas também sei como as pessoas podem ficar tão preocupadas em dizer a eles para usarem uma. embora os casos de COVID estejam aumentando, não culpando totalmente o hotel por isso. Em geral, ótimo hotel!

Stayed here last week for 3 nights, I had never heard of this hotel chain until we booked so wasn’t sure what to expect and I’m picky about where I stay. I was highly impressed. It was in a great location close to restaurants and stores, staff were very friendly, staff were constantly wiping things down and wore masks which I appreciate, room was clean, decent to go breakfast, loved the 24 hr coffee and tea machine. The only thing I was annoyed with was guests not wearing their masks in the common areas such as elevator, breakfast/lounge area as the signs stated wish that was more enforced but I also know how people can be so touchy about telling them to wear one although COVID cases are increasing so not fully blaming the hotel about that. Overall great hotel!

From check in to daily stay was pleasant. King bed room faced the main road, at night it made it hard to sleep w noise. Good bed and black out blinds. Seems like double beds are on rear of building and may have a better view of the corn field farm. Newer hotel, all day coffee and tea machine in lobby.Adequate space in room for necessities.Small refrigerator in room. Microwave in lobby area. Pool and gym area great for workouts.Only dislike was hair in almost all towels and on bed pillows and comforter.

Just stay here, you will LOVE it!!! I took my family there while we visited the Dutch Wonderland. Really clean and absolutely wonderful to stayed there. Everyone greet you with their smiles and provided good services. Extra kudos to Mr. Bobbi, he provided us with extra care and services when our kids made a mess during breakfast. Kids friendly and awesome breakfast place!

El hotel es antiguo, sin duda le vendría bien una reforma. La manija de la ducha no funcionaba a menos que la empujara con todas sus fuerzas. Aunque anticuado, estaba muy limpio. Les daré eso. Sin embargo, el fuerte hedor a humo de cigarrillo rancio arruinó por completo la experiencia. Estaba en todas partes, desde los pasillos, la escalera, la alfombra de la habitación e incluso la cortina de la ducha. Este lugar fue el hotel más barato que pude encontrar, pero pagaré $ 30 extra por noche e iré a otro lado la próxima vez que visite Lancaster.

Dirty af. The hotel is ancient. I stayed there 3 weeks and they only cleaned my room once a week. Customer service was horrible. There were prostitutes working there, and a couple across the hall had a huge arguement that interrupted sleep time. Just a horrible experience. Continental breakfast was a joke. If I could I wouldn't give any stars.

Not good hospitality; only once a week room cleaning, no phone in the rooms, the common areas weren' t kept cleaned,trash sitting around an laundry from beddings outside rooms,weren' t ever asked if everything was ok if you needed anything, asked for a towel they were washed but stained with rust spots.This hotel needs to be redone an have new room beddings, new ice machine that one is shot almost...they need also a part time lady to do rooms here twice a week due to bathrooms needing to be cleaned thats nasty.All the trash cans sitting around are old some have lids others don't...sorry but this place needs work done to it to get more customers an for them to be satisfied with your services an what the hotel charges.

The hotel is old, could definitely use some updating. The shower handle didn't work unless you pushed it in with all of your might. Although outdated, It was very clean. I will give them that. However, the strong stench of stale cigarette smoke absolutely ruined the experience. It was everywhere from the hallways, the stairwell, room carpeting and even the shower curtain. This place was the cheapest hotel I could find, but I will pay an extra $30 a night and go elsewhere next time I visit Lancaster.

Horrible experience. Place is dirty and needs an entire facelift. Ice machine broken. Some outlets in room not working. Refrigerator in room doesn't work. Shady characters and suspicious activity going on. Definitely will never stay again. Only chose this place due to Wyndham rewards offer. Truly proves that you get what you pay for.

No pudimos entender por qué tenían toallas enrolladas y colocadas en el fondo de algunas de las puertas (¡no importa si bombardean una habitación, simplemente se trasladarán a otra habitación por grietas en la pared o enchufes eléctricos! , DUH!) Hasta que empezamos a mordernos. After traveling, was pure disappointment to walk into the room. Property isn't maintained, everything is shabby and not what is reflected in the pictures. Didn't expect a lot due to the price factor but it smells like cigarettes, the view outside the window is a pool surrounded with dirt, just dirt, no grass in sight. I'm sure this area has something better to offer than this. Just scroll on by, don't stop!!!!!

He ido aquí varias veces durante algunos años. Buenas tarifas y personal amable, wifi es bueno fue capaz de hacer algunos juegos en línea sin interrupciones. El desayuno es bueno, hacen un buen trabajo al reabastecer lo que la gente quiere sin poner todo y hacer que empiece a ponerse rancio por sentarse en el estante. La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la autopista y junto a una estación de servicio y algunos restaurantes a poca distancia. Cuando nieva, hacen un buen trabajo para salar los terrenos y llamar a un arado lo antes posible. Bonita piscina en verano para refrescarse. Prefiero disfrutar de mis estancias aquí, y planeo volver.

Después de viajar, fue pura decepción entrar en la habitación. La propiedad no se mantiene, todo está en mal estado y no lo que se refleja en las imágenes. No esperaba mucho debido al factor precio, pero huele a cigarrillos, la vista fuera de la ventana es una piscina rodeada de tierra, solo tierra, sin césped a la vista. Estoy seguro de que esta área tiene algo mejor que ofrecer que esto. ¡Solo desplázate, no te detengas!

DO NOT EVER STAY THERE!!!!! They have BED BUGS!! We couldn't figure out why they had towels rolled up and put at the bottom of some of the doors (it doesn't matter if you bomb one room they'll just move to another room from cracks in the wall or electrical outlets!, DUH!) until we started getting bit up. Then when we wanted to leave earlier than out original check out date they tried to get us to stay by giving us a reduced price. Not to mention their pool was nasty! That's why we were there, we just wanted somewhere to quietly sit by a pool and relax for a few days but we couldn't even do that. NEVER AGAIN!! If I ever go anywhere and that's the only hotel around I would just keep driving! I'd rather sleep in my car!!!

Not a bad budget hotel. Everything is clean and the Continental breakfast wasn't bad. The room is a bit dark and the beds are pretty firm.

I've gone here several times over a few years. Good rates and friendly personnel, wifi is good was able to do some online gaming without disruption. Breakfast is good, they do a good job of restocking what people want without putting everything out and have it start to go stale from sitting on the shelf. Location is great just off the freeway and by a gas station and a few restaurants in walking distance. When it snows they do a good job at salting the grounds them selves and calling a plow in as soon as possible. Nice pool in the summer time to cool off in. I rather enjoyed my stays here, and plan on returning.

Walking into the room it had a very foul odor. It spelt like cat urine. So went to open window, and lock was missing.Then noticing the beds. They definitely could use some improvements. The bottom of the bed was falling out. I definitely didn't feel comfortable using thier blankets and sheets. So I replaced them with my own. That I had bought after noticing how the room was and smelt. The bathroom was okay. Not ideal but you could tell it was wiped down. The bathroom wall had a hole. The ceiling titles above the shower need replaced. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here, to anyone.

4 crack pipes in bathroom. Used tampon under bed. Paid 265 for a week. The management knocked on the door 6 times because the night staff neglected to charge tax. So he came 6 times banging on the door over 17.50 yes 17 dollars 50 cents. Exposed outlet on wall. Broken razor blades on bathroom cabinet. Ignorant sexist and racist. If something goes wrong in the room they will not fix it they do not like black or white people and hate women. The toilet over flowed on to the carpet and refused to give another room it smells like mildew and poop were paid up for a whole week. They do not give clean towels to guests and do not change sheets.

This motel is not a five stars hotel, but it is located in a great and quite place. I spent four nights and I did not have any problems. For the price that I paid, my expectations were better than...
