“Understand they are still going through some reservations, the new rooms are really nice, however still some lingering smells from the renovation.. sure it will go away overtime. the housekeeping staff and concierge staff however always seem a bit off.. one of the housekeeping staff didn’t understand my request for a dental kit and appeared drunk... The lounge staff for platinum members however are incredible! So sweet and accommodating.”
