“I'm very familiar with the Marriott brand by now so I'm happy with the experience. Room view was great. The hotel is also directly accessible from the incline railway so getting the pass for that is highly recommended, because you're basically steps away from the actual falls. Service overall was pretty great, it was a busy weekend when I went so everything took a little longer. Room service and food options were decent but did leave a little more to be desired.”

“Lets start with the view. Its spectacular if you have a falls view room. The overall public areas of the hotel are clean and the staff are courteous and polite. The rooms are newer but worn, and can use carpet/fabric shampooing, overall the room was nice with a great view. The elevators are horrific and take forever often waiting 3 to 4 passes to get on up to 20 mins. The room service was quick and delicious. Otherwise our stay was excellent and enjoyable.”
